Great videos! Admittedly, I know nothing about Lobstering, but I really enjoy the footage and the explanations. I also think it’s very cool when you give some of the throw backs a fish treat for the journey. I imagine them getting to the bottom and going, “right on!”. Thanks for the interesting and informative channel!
I would love to watch a live stream of you guys just chucking out lobsters back in the ocean. I think it'll be a perfect show to watch while working since the sounds are not very distracting compared to sitcoms.
I remember back when my Grandfather was alive. We drove a couple hours north west of Old Town and walked what seemed to be hours to fish a stream he'd logged on before. We caught big trout and some salmon at the mouth of the river.
I just found her channel and I don't even know who I am anymore. Why could I watch this all day. I would even love to be out there helping yall look thru all that! Yall are amazing! And who knew trout were that pretty!?
Man I love your videos. It would be awesome to get to go lobster fishing with you one time but living way down here in North Carolina I don't see that happening. Lol....keep the videos coming. 😁
Since coming up to Maine almost 10 years ago I can’t eat lobster anymore. Where I live I’m from Kutztown PA . We we were going to come back up this year but we can’t. So I’m going to order some lobsters from a pound. Love your videos and please keep on making them.

After he said "grinding" through the motions. There was a screeching noise from the cages being pulled onboard. I swear! I thought someone was screaming his lungs out.
If I could swim and wasn't this scared of water I probably would have been a fisherman. Like I actually wish I could be one, but all the fears are stopping me 😕
Is there any projection on when throwing back the "eggers" will result in a significant population boom? It sounds like it should work, but (from your commentary) it doesn't seem to have produced any notable results as yet.
i think you can make & post - 1 a month long video 10-20min about you pulling up the lobster trap & show your catch its interesting to watch fellow fisherman activities
I'm just kind of curious on what boat manufacturer is your lobster boat??..... I'm from the south shore of long island ,,but i've worked for boston Whaler boats for 20 years here in Edgewater Florida
How do you remember where all of the traps are laid? I know the buoy marks it, but, you can't--at least I can't--see them from a distance. Are they GPS tracked?
Time to put a shim in your hauler plates, tighten them, or maybe replace them altogether maybe. I could be way off base, but it just sounds that way by the squeaking. As long as she's gripping your rope, shes good I suppose. Im sure Im not telling you something you dont already know, so Ill shut up now, lolLove the videos!
