The Maine Narrow Gauge Museum, in Portland, ME, runs steam-powered excursions on select weekends in the fall. On the weekend of 10/28-29/17, they ran their "Pumpkin Trains" up their 1 mile of 2 foot gauge track along the Eastern Promenade Trail.
Power was Monson Railroad #3, an 0-4-4T. The train consisted of 4 passenger coaches (all built by Edaville, IIRC) and a Sandy River and Rangely Lakes caboose. They pushed the northbound trains, southbound had the loco in the lead.
For more information about other excursions, and the museum itself, go to mainenarrowgauge.org

Nice job mike. Glad to see it’s still going strong. Did they switch the boxcars to start refurbishing efforts? Couple of them looked a little rough.

I didn't ask why they were switching the cars, was trying to stay out of the way. Clearly one had been restored, but yeah, the other two need some TLC.
