A major accident that happened on Santa Monica Blvd & Crescent Heights Blvd. a couple of mornings ago. Three vehicles involved. A red car, a black truck & a black car. From what I saw, the black car was turning left on to Crescent Heights Blvd from Santa Monica Blvd. Then it hit the black truck that I believe was turning left on to Santa Monica Blvd from Crescent Heights Blvd. Then, the red car was right behind the back truck. The back right tire of the black truck got taken off from the truck. & it looks likecto me that at the intersection, the signal lights went out also.
