In this video you can see Emergency services responding to a Major Flooding event in Exeter on Sunday 17 September 2023. Unfortunately, I got stuck in Topsham due to impassable roads and Road Traffic Collisions. The Multi Service response was Huge. 3 Places In Devon and Somerset were severely hit. This being. Newton Abbot/Torquay, Exeter area, Taunton and Minehead. As I was trying to make it to Clyst St George, I got stuck on Honiton road and watched at the main road turned into a river.
