Note : I have stated 400 Amps because that's the max surge it can handle although rated continuous current is upto 50Amps with single rectifier capability of only 35 Amps

Your diodes should be mounted on separate heatsinks much larger than you have mounting them close together will make them get too hot and you're not getting 400-amp out of this circuit without blowing it up

Didn't get far into this video, there was so much going wrong in the first 2 minutes. Nothing like 400A here. Maybe later in the video he brings up the need for a heat sink. If you wan't to go on the cheap, you can buy pretty good 3 phase rectifiers rated for 100 or 200 amps online (a single chip) ~ gotta have a hefty heat sink though.

You would need more current to get the watts up, voltage is the "pressure" driving the current, so to get more volts you must drop the current, based on the conservation of energy principle

Of course it is possible. In the case of 12V to 50V for an load of 800W, you must supply the theoretical instantaneous current 66A to the primary winding of the transformer (via the inverter), to which the inverter and transformer must be adapted. The core of the transformer must have a cross section of at least 34 cm2 - this is a really large transformer. The 12V 60Ah car battery can provide 800 VA for 40-50 minutes.

Mejor es comprar un rectificador trifasico. En la misma oblea las características de la unión pn son prácticamente las mismas. Sin embargo al usar rectificadores monofasicos hay dispersión de las características. Si los llevas al limite alguno se quemara antes que el otro.

Does your solder not have rosin flux inside? That's what removes oxidation. It does appear you're using flux, but to coat the wire...oh. Wait. You're soldering method is odd. Try this: hold the device in a clamp or tape it down, apply solder to the hot soldering iron tip to tin it, then hold the tinned iron tip to the terminal, and at the same time touch the terminal with solder wire until it begins to flow. If it does not appear smooth or flows poorly, apply extra flux to the terminal and perform the same steps. You shouldn't have to dremel and paint your wire ends in flux that way. If you solder wire doesn't have rosin flux inside it, then just apply flux from that canister to the terminal and follow the same approach.
