Make a layered sign using a scroll saw!

In this video I show you how to cut a sign using 1/2" & 1/4" mdf to give the sign a layered look and add dimension. I use my Dewalt DW788 scroll saw and a #5 modified geometry blade by Pegas to get the job done! Watch along and don't forget to subscribe.

Some nice tips thanks, I like content where mistakes are made and shown, helps the learning process I think. I just got my first Scroll saw, not up to the level of the Dewalt, but a modest entry level Dremel with killer vibration. Subscribed and looking forward to more content.

Good job. One thing that I like my DeWalt over my Pegas saw is the bigger table. If I’m cutting something out big I used the DeWalt.

I use Inkscape, it's free. Sometimes a little bit of a pain. This font I imported into the program from dafont website. I think it's sweet dream, I would have to check.
