Meeta Priya I did a lot of meditations. Step 1- every day I wrote in my journal and wrote positive statements about myself and my own alignment. Step 2- Just like he said that person is also in pain and struggling, so I cleared that up. Watch some Ho’opnopono explanations and meditations. I hope this helps. Actually my therapist told me about the Ho'oponopono Prayer. It's very efficient to help forgive someone who really hurt you. Forgiving them for your own wellbeing and inner happiness. Yet it's hard to make the first step, at first sending these words out in the Universe, will feel like you don't believe that person deserves those words, and you will feel as if you're lying to yourself, because, no you dont want to forgive what they did and no you don't have to be sorry about anything as you didn't do any wrongdoing... Still, it works. Something inside your mind that makes your angered towards them, surrenders, and eventually you realise, Im awake, I was angry at people because my focus wasn't on myself. What a waste of time. It will also help you realise what insecurities you have and wasn't aware of, and you can refocus on yourself and get busy with that. Next thing you know you won't have time to think of those people, and you will heal and allow yourself to takle any challenges. Well that's my own experience. It worked for me.

Jag G You should forget about him. You may cry for days or weeks But you have to. He will not change and you did not deserve what he is doing to you. He knows he can and you will still be there and that’s the only reason he does it. But watch what happens when you block him and stop responding. He will be the one aching and you will move on to someone who would never do that to you. Then you will wonder why you ever cared for him.

My daughter and I (she's 29) have gone through the same, I've cut that cord a very long time ago with her sperm donor, my daughter struggles with it though, but luckily she had 2 good men (my dad and brother) in her life whilst growing up, so eventhough she has a good benchmark, it still hurts anyone not being validated, so you have to speak to your son, often, so that he doesn't feel there's anything wrong with him. My go to has always been, I have no expectation, pleasantly surprised us or don't, it doesn't matter either way, and believe me, you do get sperm donors (that's what I call him) and then you get real dad's, but sperm donors, usually narcissists have the capacity and potential to treat their children in that way, cut the cord, and live happy, because it's not worth convincing anyone to love their children, often though, you'd find some malfunction in their own childhood..
