Gerard, your weekly presentations set you apart from other reviewers because you are actually having a conversation with your subscribers which makes the 15 minutes fly by. Thanks for your genuine and thoughtful approach to your reviews. Keep up the great content and stay way from those cupcakes!
Good rotation this week, and I'm always glad to see some love for Eight and Bob The Original. To me that's always smelled like a Cream Soda from a fancy soda fountain. Also, if your fragrance isn't lasting long on skin, a good option is just hydrating your skin with lotion. Dry skin will absolutely eat your fragrance.
you've got two versions of my favourite perfumes that I'd love to try, but there's no way.... Starwalker Extreme and Fierce Intense. Sunday - Rochas Eau de Rochas / Micallef GNTonic at evening Monday - Louis Vuitton Imagination Tuesday - Histoires des Parfums 1899 Hemingway Wednesday - YSL Y Elixir / Violet Paris Un Air d´Apogée at evening Thursday - Hermés Les Ombres de Merveilles Friday - Al Haramain Detour Noir / ELDO Hermann a Mes Cotes at evening Saturday - Goldfield & Banks Bohemian Lime
Currently sampling CK Eternity Aromatic Essence. I definitely get the comparison to Le Beau, the coconut note is strong in it. A fragrance I've been wearing a bunch is Guerlain Homme EDP. Super fresh and aquatic, a touch soapy, very clean and inviting. I really want to try out more frags by Guerlain, the two I have from them are so dang good. One of the highlighted samples of this week was Treacle from Pineward. Really nice and sweet, with notes of tobacco and honey. The pine comes up from behind and gives it a nice refreshing green balance to keep it from being too heavy. A layer I wore was Fakhar Black with Sylvestre Pino the Original. The bright, fruity showergel smell of FB paired really well with the green fougere smell of Pino
Great wears last week! The Eight and Bob sounds like something I need to investigate and glad you liked the Lattafa. They do a really good job with their original scents as well as dupes. Last week for me: Sun- Mancera Kumkat Wood, Mon- Lattafa Honor and Glory, Tues- Bleu de Chanel EDP, Wed- Amouage Beach Hut Man, Thurs- Acqua di Pino Cologne, Fri- Mancera Vetiver Sensuel. Looks like another hot week ahead!

Nice choices, I just rotated between Dumont Nitro Red, Zaharoff Seraphim Blue, Fragrance World Imperium, and got a sample of Layton in to finally get my nose on it(personally not the biggest fan of it but I'mma wait for cooler weather for a proper wearing)

Hey Gerard. I liked hearing what you wore for the cookout. That could be a cool video. Situational fragrances. I find myself struggling with what to choose for things like parties and barbecues. Etc.
My rotation this week: Xerjoff Naxos Sean John Unforgivable Polo Sport English Laundry Signature Michael Malul Terra Nova Tom Ford Grey Vetiver Banana Republic Black Platinum
Wow a great rotation. I got my Starwalker Extreme for 12 dollars at TJMaxx. I'm really surprised that it doesn't smell anything close to Starwalker. Not really a fan of the extreme version, but it's not bad either. I can see it's suitable for the office environment. It's extremely hot here in Southern nevada, so I've been grabbing fresh frags. Monday: Paris Hilton for Men Tuesday: Banana Republic Grassland Wednesday: Ed Hardy Hearts & Daggers Thursday: Dior Homme Cologne 2013 Friday: Mercedes-Benz for men Saturday: Hermes H24 Sunday: Tiffany & love for him
Good video! Vince camuto homme intenso, Mont Blanc legend EDP, Jimmy Choo man ice,I'm outside alot so fresh rotation of these 3 only. Yeah the person that asked you if you work for tumi, what a question? At least your not bringing up dumont frangrances! Gee every big channel has so why don't that person ask if they work for dumont! 😅 Anyway free bottles why they review! And don't disclose that they were given free! Childesh stuff IMO on there part.i guess there afraid of being called a shill!! Most reviewers of shoes etc disclose they got free or bought with own money.but your channel is authentic down to earth always enjoy video's. Especially rack store hunts lol.thanks .
Well said Vance. I have turned down many offers only because I will not compromise on my opinion of something. If I like it it’s facts that I like it. Great picks for summer.
Nice rotation. ADG Profumo didn’t work on me. I own Eight & Bob, and I have the EDT version. Traveling time for me. Decants and samples. Sunday: Declaration D’un Soir by Cartier Monday: Orangea by Profumum Roma Tuesday: Nice Bergamote by Essential Parfums Wednesday: Aqua di Sale by Profumum Roma Thursday: Nice Bergamote by Essential Parfums (decant finished. No bottle worthy for me) Friday: Green Irish Tweed by Creed Saturday: Encre Indigo by Lalique (decant finished. No bottle worthy for me) I have been trimming my collection. Getting rid of things that give me headaches, or tired me out, or I don’t see myself wearing in 5 years from now. Cheers
@@gerardgeorge the thinking process. Lately, I ask myself: how would I feel wearing X, Y, and Z fragrance in 5, and 10 years. Is the scent would be “relevant” at that time, or is just a “hyped” scent right now. The other criteria, is a fragrance has to have a specific performance. Third criteria. It’s the fragrance redundant . This has helped me to weed out my collection. Where I sale them? I either sell them online, or trade them. Hopefully that answer the question.
