Where can I buy sheets of pasta? Live La and no high end grocer has it.

Tried to make this recipe using the instructions, however, the chef was cut off when she said, "there's one more step". She had the Robiola in her hands, but no mention in the recipe about whether to put this on before or after baking. Its put on afterwards along with the parsley. No store sells sheets of pasta the size of what was being used in this video! I made fresh pasta and improvised since most pasta machines make a 6 inch wide piece and the piece in the video looked like it was 12"x12". This wasn't a well thought out recipe for home cooks. I ended up with 4 times as much bolognese, bechamel, and tomato sauce than the recipe for the pasta made enough lasagne for, so plan on making a lot more pasta or make a lot less of the other ingredients. Tasty, long process and frustatating due to the trial and error.
