All that wonderful knowledge of all the different ways to preserve & store all the edible parts of the produce & prevent waste would make a fantastic book.
I’ve literally only seen 4 videos from you. 2 being shorts. And I’m already absolutely in love 😍 can’t wait till I have the time to binge on your journey from start till now. Absolutely incredible. Thank you for your skill, appreciation, and understanding. It is beautiful 🙏😎🌟🔥💗🐉
Your garden was wonderful. The miso paste is exciting, I wonder if you’ll do a miso soup with it. I’m always eager to see what new recipes you try next.
I'm hoping to learn to ferment and pickle foods as well so I'd love more videos on the subject! I'm especially interested in how to preserve pumpkins. There's only so much room in the freezer for pumpkin puree.
🙋🏽♀️🥰amazing and I’ll surely be watching! My mother is 87 and still going strong 🙏🏾 I’m 49 and very sick but I strive to stay holistic, so I’m looking forward to learning from you🫂
❤ :) I learn so much from every video :) & my culinary skills have improved so much from your inspiration (& Alessandro's). Growing and harvesting is one skill, Keeping it edible, (I have managed to get food poisoning from my produce) receipes, cooking & preserving is a whole nother skill set. Thank you for your inspiration & sharing your knowledge :) ❤
Is the video for the Kimchi, tomatoes, miso, and pickles coming out soon? Or am i just missing it somewhere? I already saw the hot sauce, sauerkraut, and cheese video, but that Kimchi looks delicious. I need to know!
@@gazoakleychef Not meaning this in an insulting way! I just hope to see recipes that you’d make with them. You always have a vibe and your food looks phenomenal. I’d just love to see what you’d make with them is all
You know, big up, its not often ive seen a healthy looking vegan, probably because you are doing it the proper way, with food grown from your own labour, fresh, organic, home made without all the fake meat, processed burgers and that. Real food is real food, whether its veg or meat, so long as you eat the right stuff, raised in the right way, without contamination, you can live a very healthy life, on either diet.
