I managed my first ever birdie today (been playing for nearly 2 years) by following your advice on not using the driver and keeping it in play. On a par 5, I used my 4i to tee off, then again from the fairway, then 6i which landed about 5 feet from the hole, and 1 putted. I couldn't believe it, but after recounting my shots a few time, confirmed the bird . Cheers!😁
Jimmy, love your message, attitude. When I watch your video, I feel like I am with you and you are part of our group. If ever in the Sacramento area, let me know so we can play a round of golf with you. Myself and a few of my buddies follow you and really laugh and enjoy your video because you are real. We are a bunch of old seniors who preach your style of golf to all of our old and young friends. Keep up the great work.
Golf is not hard it is plain and simple fun and relaxing. It should never take more than a few beers to play a round of golf how many shots depends on how many birdies right. Don’t have a 3 iron!
Keep the videos coming Jimmy. Great advice/instruction. Shot a 44 earlier this week on 9holes. That was my PB, crazy thing was I three putted 3 of the nine holes. Awesome stuff man.
This is exactly what my coach Clive Tucker had me doing after a couple of lessons - 9 o’clock to 3 o’clock swings. “Get this short swing right before anything else.” Clive coaches Graham McDowell so he knows a bit about the swing. Danny is right on the money with this video.
Great vid Jimmy! When i learned simplify , repeat, consistency.. vs trying to hit it out of the park ...the game became a joy. 0 need for 300 yard drives nor 200 yard 7 irons. BTW Jon Rahm exemplifies simple in my book. He's a strong guy but if you're going to copy a pro swing he's the one. His action is so simple !! Victor Hovland on the other hand would be a nightmare.
Quickly becoming my favorite golf youtuber! You are carving out a niche in the holistic, high vibrational approach to golf. The swami of swing. Just curious, who taught you golf? Was this your mentor/teachers approach? I am gonna be a dad soon and this is exactly how I'm gonna present golf to my kid.
Congrats on being a dad. I taught myself. Teach your kids this The Best Way to Swing a Golf Club - Jimmy Tropicana & Rio ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QYBAFK22xag.html

I’m a great lofted wedge player but couldn’t get a 69 degree wedge here in the uk . I had to try one after watching your videos, luckily a friend of mine goes over to the USA frequently so one is winging its way over to me, watch this space.
Love the video. i am trying your swing and have found the two keys to success are: 1. On the backswing i need to brace the left side to avoid swaying and 2. try not to swing too high on the backswing, as you suggest. I am a 70 yo so trying to overswing is not a good idea look forward to the next video and hooe you get more subscribers Good luck from Bangkok😊
Jimmy!!! Thank you..Thank you!!! My putting game sucked no matter how much I worked on my putting I would always 3-4 put after getting on the green for a long put for par. After doing the hot-tub / jacuzzi method OMG!! Two put all day and shaved off so my strokes!!! Thanks again Jimmy !! Love your content!! Keep up the good work!!! 👍🏾
Hey JT...have watched a lot of your vids and question for you: Where do you look when swinging? Front/back of ball, in front of ball? Body usually goes where you're looking. Thx. Keep em coming!
There are more variables in golf than any other sport Wind Sun Humidity Temperature Up hill, down hill ball position Grass conditions, blue grass, Bermuda etc. which way is the grass growing (grain of the grass) How high is the grass ( fairways, rough, first cut, second cut) Sand traps. What sport puts nibs sand boxes in the middle of the playing “field” Shall I go on!!!
