It depends on the size of meatpies you are making...500g should give for 10pieces of big size meatpies

4cups of flour is 500g while 8cups will be 1kg For margarine they usually write the measurement on the pack,you can just use your eyes to scale it

I can't really say because definitely over has definitely temp... My previous oven is 160 but the new one is always on 80
