Egg 5 large
Liquid milk 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 Tbsp
Sugar 1 1/2 cups

Sieve your flour baking powder and set aside.
In another bowl, cream your butter and sugar till is light and fluffy.

Combine the dry to wet ingredients gradually and cream with speed for 1 minute ( preferably with a hand mixer. Because it gives more volume).
Once that is done. Scoop the batter into the prepared cupcakes pan and foil plates.
Bake for 35 minutes over 150 degree.
