I thought to share this simple puff puff recipe with you. Puff puff is one of the most popular snacks or comfort foods in Nigeria, and a personal favorite of mine 'cause my lovely mom, made this for us, growing up. It's really simple to make, and once you've mastered the basics, there's a lot you can do with puff puffs. And I'll show you. But for today, here's my milk puff puff recipe. Would you try it? PUFF PUFF INGREDIENTS
Flour - 2 cups
Sugar - ½ a cup
Salt - ½ a tsp
Full cream milk - 3 tbs (I recommend and used powdered milk. if you use liquid milk,- 1 cup, warm milk. Then leave out water)
Instant Yeast - 1 tbs
Slightly warm water - ¾ cup (temp. should not be warmer than is safe for baby". For warmer climate locations, normal temperature water works, too)
Optional Ingredients
Vanilla flavour or essence - 1 tsp
