Thank you for noticing. I'm down almost 100 since March. Still 50 to go. Cutting way back on carbs and intermittent fasting. Only eat been 3 and 9. That got me down about 80 then I got stuck. Switched a couple weeks ago to M-F nutrisystem plan and down 15 from that.
