Great wisdom!! This is why I avoid sharing social media with guys I'm dating. And definitely do not send selfies. When he knows everything and has easy access there's no motivation to move forward. If he wants to admire your beauty and know the details of who you are he will have to put in the effort to do so Don't be easy!

So much wisdom, Mina! One thing I realized is that part of the reason I would over-share was to over-compensate for what I was not sharing. I couldn't be my authentic self, and i felt somehow dishonest in my body, so then I would volunteer personal information to absolve myself of that guilt. I was giving the illusion of transparency but it was really just an illusion- Being "honest" about unnecessary details, but still energetically hiding.

I practice this same concept as I am rotational dating. Especially with the men who choose to date me long distance. In a dating world where women are CONSTANTLY facetiming and sending text updates, selfies and photos about everything they're doing daily (to men they are not even in a relationship with), I stand out and appear unique to them. I think women who constantly communicate with men they're dating think that they are doing something helpful and good by closing the distance gap, but really they eventually become boring and "typical" to the men and never get the consistency or commitment they want. Some men even consider the woman as desperate, needy or trying too hard. Becaue I stay relatively mysterious, so far 1 of the long distance men have put a plan in place to rent a temporary place of his own just to *COURT* me consistently...versus traveling/flying back and forth to my city for dates!

This hit home. I have given so much of my energy away to people who aren't deserving. I have overshared, answered calls in my sleep, became present just to keep my word, and for the past month after so much resentment towards friends and situationships I have been unseen from the social eye, for my own conservation of my energy. Another Gold Star on the topic Mina! Life-changing placing me on my own priority list.

Wow this just happen to me. My boyfriend ask me questions I answered then he made me feel bad for wanting to work for myself. I told him I didn't like my job then he made it seem like he was helping me but turned around and said all negative things about working for myself. I got so discouraged. Its best for me now to keep things to myself.

Wow, this is my problem. I’ve recently noticed how my husband doesn’t share every single little part of his day like I do with him. Or how he doesn’t go out of his way to do things for me like I do for him. I’ve recently started sharing less and doing less for him. You’re also on the spot about the mother situation. I noticed that I call my mom more than she calls me. I’ve gotten so frustrated that I know my entire family’s schedule (dad, her, all my siblings, and my husband) but she can’t remember mine. My husband can barely remember mine. I’m retracting from the people I thought I was the closest with. I’ve just noticed no one cares the amount that I want them to care. It makes life very lonely. I hope pulling away and sharing less and doing less for everyone makes things better.

Wow Mina, you made me realise this is a skill not just something that naturally unfolds as we age. I’m hitting 40 soon and this year i feel like ive matured lol, have become more reserved in my energy and stopped oversharing even if i think it’ll benefit others. I used to overshare with litterally EVERYONE, because subconsciously i had a dark side of me that i myslef wasnt accepting, so i compensated with oversharing with even strangers. I then dropped the "stranger" part of it.. but still energetically sharing new spiritual awakenings, opportunities, reflexions.. with close one These two days i realised that i wansnt using my energy the best way possible : i have too much energy and love to give to people unconditionally. But hey i m not supposed to give this without being earned 🤭🤭 so i m crying these days to let my old version go, and welcome the new level ❤ Thanks mina this video is whta i neeedeed ❤️ as if i manifested it ❤

Love this Mina ❤️ really resonates with me - when you offer free advice you think 🤔 you are helping, but if the other person is not on the same emotional wave length, they don’t receive it. That said, imitation can be the best form of flattery too later. Also love your comments about oversharing. People should only have access to your information if they are truly present in your life, this also applies to frendships! Makes perfect sense. Love to move in silence. Yes woman. I’m 27 almost 28😌 I have 4 sister and I’m always excited to share and now I feel this exactly. I now look at what if I didn’t waste so much time telling them stuff and just focused on me I would have gotten even farther. However I still feel they will eventually realize because I am older then them but there time will come and we are all different but now time to focus on me only so I can reach my potential. ❤️ Thank you for this!

That is true what you said about not telling people saying. My sister blew up on me when I saw that she was wearing a blouse that didn't look right for a job fair. She said I was being rough and mean. So now, I am not saying anything. My sister is not the kind of person to blow up on someone. I will hate when people will say a person is not a friend when you don't tell a friend they don't look right. You don't know what people said that will be my response. I still feel bad about the situation. Just imagine, you are trying to get another job and you are upset although you are not trying to upset them.

Im going to see family this Thanksgiving and told two that i was reopening my business around this time. I have not opened yet because there have been many delays and obstacles even though i am still working on it. These 2 are not my best supporters and i certainly dont know why i told them anything. Or just ignore the request at the moment, do still take the pics if you want and show him in person if he's still interested. Do what you want. Mina I'd like to know what should I do, I'm Just like this, all the time. My boyfriend and I live live in the same city and he works all day. When he calls me he tells all what he did that day and then he asks about mine, but I barely tell him anything. He says why am I like this when he opens up to me, and the says he wont tell me no more bc I never tell him my plans or my day :/ what should I do?
