I'm sure you can see and feel too. If you want to grow your hair trimming every 2 months is much. Basically what grew out will be cut off. I use hair oils and I think it's the main reason my hair grew healthy and without having to trim often.

Your hair are the most fragile when they are wet because depending on how porous they are they can absorb the water, which makes them elastic and prone to breakage. Trimming doesn't make your hair grow faster since they grow from your scalp, and not from the ends.

As someone who actually naturally has thick hair that is difficult to manage, here are my tips. First of all, I wash my hair every 3-4 days and I shampoo my scalp twice. Then, I go in with a conditioner but I leave that in my hair for a minute or two. However, if I’m shaving, this is the point where I’ll shave so that I can let the conditioner sit in my hair and deeply moisturize it. Finally, wash it off, clip up the hair, and wash my body. I usually do a cold shower for like 1-3 minutes so that it also rinses my hair and closes the hair follicle. I only ever blow dry my hair for special events or if I’m diffusing bc I have wavy hair, and that’s usually only less than 2-3 times a month. I usually use a brush to define my waves and scrunch in some curl cream into the ends of it. I use a towel to scrunch out excess water and stuff and I use a claw clip on the top of my head so I can get volume so my hair doesn’t lay flat. Regarding the video, this is such a scam like I’m not trying to be rude or anything but this is so fake. The actual tips in this video isn’t that bad and again, everyone’s hair type is different. If you want someone who gives actual good hair tips, follow Audrey Victoria. When I started haircare, she did an amazing job educating me about the importance of hair care and how to actually properly maintain your hair. I get a lot of compliments from people bc of how shiny my hair is and how I don’t really have any noticeable split ends (this isn’t bragging this is just according to other people). So please, don’t be scammed by this and follow Audrey she’s great!! ❤️

I don’t know what highlights means in your sentence but my mom told me too that silk pillowcases do help for your hair. She switches her pillowcases and it made a difference! Step 1: be genetically blessed. Yeah us oily scalp people can’t do this. I need to wash my hair again already the day after I washed it, a hair mask that close to the roots (and even just on the mids and ends) would weigh my hair down and make it even more flat and oily, and scalp massages just increase my oil production like 10X. My scalp produces so much oil that America would invade me for it. (And no, I tried the whole ‘avoid washing your hair for a few days at a time for a few months cause that’ll stop your genetically overactive oil glands from producing too much oil’ thing, and that doesn’t work if you’re just naturally a heavy scalp oil producer.)

Eating healthy foods ( especially good for hair, eg. amala, curry leaf, spinach) 4. Stopped using chemicals in my hair 5. stopped using shampoo( I use Shihakai or blended paste of overnight soaked fenugreek seed in rice water) 6. Using hair pack regularly ( once a week. Natural hair packs, eg. egg whites, curd, small onion juice, mehandi leaf pack) 7. oil bath ( too cool down my body, I take oil bath once or twice in a month. I use gingerly oil. applying oil all over your body and massaging) 8. Cut your split ends, oil your hair ends well.

OILING TIPS: if you’re going to oil your hair, do not use straight up essential oil. rosemary essential oil needs to be mixed with carrier oils. look into your hair type before trying any hair care tips. example: oil may be too have for your scalp, so you have to adjust this

@@TheHealthyHur Hello Taylor. I have an interesting question that I would really appreciate your answer. Is that Rosemary and carrier oils enough for a natural treatment or do you suggest Redensyl - Procapyl Capixyl serum? Personally i prefer Rosemary oil method. Thank you ❤️

You should not brush straight fine hair when it’s wet. Only thick curly or ethnic hair should be brushed wet.

Gorgeous gorgeous hair! Thanks so much for your tips. I have an autoimmune disease called hashimotos so I have issues with hair thinning and hair loss and have started noticing semi bald patches appearing at the sides of my head especially which concern me and make me feel self conscious. I also workout every morning so have to wash my hair after a workout otherwise it’s very limp and greasy (I have fine hair). Is there a work around for people who exercise and need to wash their hair? Thank you xxx

What does the rosemary oil treatment consist of? Thank you, great tips! Don't forget the importance of sunlight exposure. ♡☀️🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️
@TrinaGallo
@TrinaGallo Год назад
No! Sunlight is BAD for the hair. So damaging is busts right through the hair shaft all the way into the medulla! F’s up the hair through the through, literally! Just look up the effects of UV on the hair. Yeah, there was a study that showed most people who used freshly made rosemary oil on the scalp had regrowth vs. placebo group. But it doesn’t actually work. Not bad for the hair, but no additional benefits like hair growing faster, thicker, regrowth. And I wouldn’t trust pre-bottled, if you still want to try. My hair like argon oil best…. Sorry Ana! 😢 If you REALLY “want healthy hair”, message me 😊

The comments are so damn negative that I just thought I’d mention: she probably wasn’t taking full videos of her hair when it was thinning. Maybe because she didn’t think about it, or just didn’t feel confident. But of course once she’s made progress she would want to take videos and provide the tips. These are all great, and I’ve had a similar experience with my hair regrowth using most of them.

I only oil+ shampoo+conditionner+mask once every two weeks ,and wash it with water every three days or less . My hair got better than before when I used to wash it every week .It was like my hair doesn't know anymore how to wash (clean) itself naturally . Also this let the natural oils of my scalp do their job instead . this was my experience .
