Rushie...though this is a much older tutorial of this move and I have seen your updated ones, this is still a Fire 🔥 tutorial and the next move I want to learn. I ha e been very consistent the last 6 months with only practicing a few set of movements/combinations to not get overwhelmed but I am ready to learn something new...this is it! #RA4Life #RushieIsKing🤙
@@RushAthleticsTV uh.. You're too kind, mate! That's my ultimate dream.. You know.. To get to your level someday.. You always tell us in your videos that you were inspired by Floyd Mayweather and you started jumping rope because of him... I don't know about other people but for me... My jump rope journey started only because of you and of course the JRD! Watching your videos has opened my eyes and made me realise how much fun and interesting cardio can be! I'm so glad that i stumbled upon your videos, Rushie!(the first video i saw of yours Titled, "Top Ten Jump Rope Moves For a Better Physique"... It blew my mind💥💥) So yeah.. I don't know if i can get to your level someday but i can tell you this.... I'm gonna try! Keep the legacy going my friend! #theyrunwefly🙏🙏🙏💪👌
When I start this move about a week ago,I was doing the beginner mistake but as I get into it .,it looks sleek now and after watching this video it will become 110% sleek ,thanks Rushie bro
Get out of my head 🤯 Rushie! Such perfect timing I was just trying to clean up my SS cross yesterday, I had access to a gym mirror🤩. My form needed this #coachingskipsnack. Make me better😊!!
Hulks point of view good question buddy! Send me some videos and illl take a look hopefully 🙏🏽 I would recommend using usual length rope for your normal routines. I haven’t changed my length 🙏🏽 the move is all in the flick of the wrists and timing. Check where the move is braking down in the mirror if you can too. Let me know 😉
Love the video, when you demonstrated the beginner technique, that was so me.... but I am working on getting smoother and less like a beginner. I love the video quality you produce, best on RU-vid..... ❤️
Lisa O'Connor the beginning days are always the best Lisa.. you’ll make it look slicker for sure! The process of learning the ins and outs of rope techniques fascinated me.. I’ve already seen your desire to learn so I know You have this in the locker 😊🔥🔥
Amazing as always bro. I really wanted an in-depth of this one, thanks!! By the way mate, I'm noticing 2 knots on your rope. Are you using the 11ft now? 🔥🔥👍🏼👍🏼
Great tutorial Rushi! I'm off to the gym in 10 mins with my rope and I'll try this. Really slow mo sections of the video would help so I can see exactly what you're doing would be a massive help!
Awesome. Love this move. One of my go-tos before going into more complicated combos. Love the community feature at the end, can’t wait to see all the others who get featured.
Yes, yes, yes Rushie! Love this tutorial; been working on this move and yep, I look like a beginner! My arm movement gets more exaggerated for each cross when trying to string these together; I then mess up. Going to try to nail this. . . that is when I get back when this ankle has healed up. :-(
Many thanks will get a clip to you when i can. Also any chance you could show a slo mo tutorial of your awesome side swing lunges,so cool! Keep up the good work!😃
Epic tutorial as always mate, Rushie I'm curious, do any of your family members do any skipping? Y donde esta Gigi? , we miss her tell her we said hola!
Alvin Sanchez gracias as always hermano!! My mum tells me she used to skip back in the days in India 😉 been a few busy weeks here at the HQ but Gigi looking to get back involved soon with some fresh content 🤙🏽
Appreciate it brother I’m due to buy one of your speed ropes and them elastic bands that are cheap as chips 😉👍 keep doing what your doing it’s helping me and many other a lot!
So happy I saw you do this move in your top moves for 2019 video and I managed to teach myself how to do it before this tutorial came out. You've helped me see the mechanics of jumping rope in a way I can see where I go wrong and the adjustments I need to make to get the moves down. I started trying this move out on 3rd January and now it has become second nature that I can do it without thinking. That's the beauty of jump rope, looking slick, having fun and doing so alnost effortlessly. Thank you for spreading the joy and growing the community of skipping.
bobstarsky top comment and support always my bro!! So cool that you’ve got this down so quickly and doing it fluid! Shows just how far you can get with the rope when you put your mind and time into it 😉🙏🏽 stay legendary bro!
2:46😂🤣😂. Cheers for the useful video and freeze-frames but don't be stingy with the slow mo bro. Also, Gigi know what you've started adding at the end of your videos these days😉 ?
I've got this move locked and loaded, but it's still great to watch it being broken down. I am definitely going to zone in with this one because it's such a killer move!!!! Nice one Rushie!!
Perfect explanation buddy! The fact the rope comes diagonally is the thing that causes the most trouble imo..once you get it, you can master that move! Saverio
New sub. Great tutorials just ordered the Money Maker. Looking forward to it. I’ve been using a speed cable rope for 2 years and need to progress to the next level.
I have this rope... Its a bit stiff and isnt as flexible as expected and its extremely light... No real quality to it and when doing cross overs you find it gets tangled tooo
HII sorry to hear this.. so for speed Ropes it’s one of the heavier ropes my friend. Majority of speed ropes come at 4mm whereas we come in with 5mm. Wire ropes are even lighter. Only time the pvc might stiffen up is in colder temperatures. are you indoors or out?
