UPDATE one year after this operation, the engine hasn't given any more problems. we are about to make the opel mapped on the bench.

can't really hear it on the video but did you have a strange low idle when the engine is warm, where rpm drops very slightly and you can hear the engine labour more then it rises slightly back up and sounds better. couldn't have been more than a 20rpm difference as needle barely moves but it's annoying when sat in traffic ticking over
