My ex broke up with me cause I f*cked up and we're in a long distance relationship for almost six years. She wants no contact in the next six months but assured me we'll meet on the 1st of July to re-evaluate ourselves. Despite this, I'm worried about the uncertainties ahead while waiting. Any advice, Brad?
Six years being distant from each other is no joke. A long distance relationship is not easy to maintain, especially if you two had a weak foundation where you don't get to spend time with each other much in person. Not to state the obvious, but the distance is often the main culprit. Well guys 4 year relationship over after a mutual breakup been broken up for 3 months she’s been in a new relationship 2 months….hey no contact is going to bring her back or help me move on!! Hopefully she comes back but if she doesn’t I know it isn’t meant to be
Wait for a better time before interacting with your ex, however, don't wait around doing nothing. Take a leap of faith on a new path as well because you never know where life can take you, which may be better without your ex. Use this time to heal and prioritize yourself. The thing is the only thing I'm missing is that special someone. I'm 32 and have my own place, car, great paying job, expensive toys, good friends, and am jacked. Just roll my eyes when I hear the whole "work on your self" or find something you're missing crap.
@@BradBrowning Social life is pretty much fine, I usually go out with friends every weekend, but it's toned down a little bit. I used to go up to women every now and then, but don't anymore usually unless they show initiation first for having interest in me, cuz before 90% of the time it was a waste of time and I got tired of it. It gets to you eventually.
Yes, it's like adding salt to injury. Another of this contradicts itself big time...if your in no contact your ex knows nothing about you..or if your getting in shape or see your new clothes etc ect
I went to my ex girlfriends workplace about 10-11 months after she broke up with me. And I was a dumbass, and asked a worker if ania is there. She asked why who are you? I responded with I'm an old friend. But then realized when I got home "shit was that ania I asked if ania is there.
Still do the thirst trap every now and then. I'm sure you have mutual friends who have social media, right? Assuming you've been together long enough to have mutual friends. Anyway this is a very common question, I decided to include it in my video here, around the 4-minute mark: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XodgaAi8EbM.html
@@BradBrowning actually we don't have mutual friends. I live in Idaho and he lives in Montana and we only get to see each other once a month or so and it's always for a very short period of time so I've never met any of his friends and he's only met a handful of mine but they're not "friends".
I decided to deactivate my socials a bit after we broke up, it’s been 2 weeks of social media detox. Should I reenable them and let her see what’s going on in my life to remain in her mind?
Assess the risks first if it's all worth it. Remember, meeting up when you're both not ready will only alienate your ex further, and that's best case scenario. We were in a long distance and she delated me from social media i tried to talk to her but she’s cold to me and ignore me i tried no contact but it seems like she’s moving on
My wife walked out a month ago I’ve seen her twice in that time we kissed and hugged alot and that was it. She still has all her belongings at home and mail still comes in. Hasn’t said anything to me about getting a divorce. Nothing at all. I haven’t not bothered her. I’ve been doing non contact. I’ve text her twice in 2 weeks and I get ignored. When I saw her last time she told the reason why she doesn’t text back because she would keep texting me. I don’t know what to do from here. 6 1/2 years married.
The process of saving one's marriage is a bit complicated and in fact, does NOT make use of the "no contact" rule... but this is why I've released a second book called Mend the Marriage. Check it out at www.marriageguy.com as everything is on there, from how to communicate more effectively, down to how to handle the kids (if applicable), monitor your progress through worksheets and stuff. But while I certainly need more information to know what's going on between you two for sure, I suggest you check out more marriage-saving tips which you may find useful, check out this new channel I've dedicated solely for this purpose. Brad, I just got a text from my ex it's only been 4 days no contact. She said she is in a place willing to talk. I was shocked given the problems with our short relationship I figured it was over but dire to do the 30 days for hope of someone I found. I'm not sure about the talk yet. Streamed videos for 3 strait days. Will build a slow presence. She is a deep thinker so I'm not quit sure on good responses. May actually deciding to keep me at a distance. Or say something worse. I did reply to your 1 on 1 so will here back there hopefully.
Hi! Good. Please make sure you send this update via email so I can review your situation as a whole, since you've signed up for my coaching program. Also please allow 48-72 hours for my response as I have to cater to other clients who signed up before you. Thanks and talk soon! :-)
If you have kids and/or other responsibilities still tied to your ex, but it's best you do limited contact or what I call the dynamic "no contact" rule instead of the full on silence associated with the no contact rule. Try to prevent things from getting even more awkward than it has to be by applying the tips here as much as possible, in addition to my newer vids I've posted: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GTjEAGJWTuA.html AND ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dDZrnNh8LOg.html or for a comprehensive guide on how to go about things, consider getting my Ex Factor Guide 2.0 at www.breakupbrad.com Good luck!
He was obsessed &desperate over me but suddenly we had an argument and then he doesn't want to continue our relationship but he says he loves me but there's no chance of us getting together in future as we belong to different religions that's why he's breaking up with me ...(he's depressed because he's unemployed rn) and now he's not even contacting me but sharing sad stories on social media. I asked him out to talk too but he declined saying he don't wanna get more attached and he's guilty and doesn't wanna show his face. I seek for ur suggestion now
What do you two always bicker about? Fighting is often unavoidable, but when it becomes too much, it’s time to nip the problem in the bud if you still can. So it's either that or you go on a break and discuss the logistics as well as how it should go and how long it should be. What were you two fighting or arguing about? It's best to consider the relationship overall first, so watch this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XuJFf5Kch5o.html Anyways it's best to give it time because all this arguing had taken a toll in your relationship. This may help: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BBEhaY3gLIw.html Perhaps you've both argued more than you had a good time with each other? It could also be you're too incompatible or stubborn to meet each other halfway. If the negatives outweigh the positives in the relationship, that's when an imbalance happens and the relationship will keel over wherein one or both people will likely abandon ship, as the case with your ex. It's time to reset things. Start with the 30-day "no contact" rule to get your ex into a psychological neutral. Here's how it can help you: y2u.be/zw0ChuXCEmw
Yes. Speaking from experience being on both sides of wanting someone and being wanted by another person or two, or 3…. No contact makes you more valuable and we want what we don’t have. It works
My wife left a month ago . We had a few calls and short text messages . She keeps watching my snap chats but not liking or commenting on any . We’ve had contact and I’ve helped her with some stuff financially. I’m past the no contact . What do I do ugh
Be patient because you're on the right track, assuming you've done the first phase (30-day "no contact" rule) correctly and basically had set the stage for this second part. Be sure to check out my other videos for more tips on how to go about this, especially this: y2u.be/gUBNd6pDINM Since you've only recently reconnected, then don't expect your ex to warm up easily. Getting an ex back is a process. Here's a short infograph to guide you in each process: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7JtmVbDkblw.html Look out for the signs that your ex has moved on, though: y2u.be/TnZzeEIPEik But evaluate things, too. Are you sure you're not trying to rush it? Setting a deadline is a good way to fail when it comes to exes, so I highly discourage it. What steps have you taken to get your ex back? It's time to re-assess those and see what's working versus what's not working. Sometimes, getting an ex back is like trying to fit a square into a circle, but oftentimes, chances are you're letting emotion dictate you and therefore end up making the wrong choices. Have you checked out my guide yet? It’s ultimately up to you to act (or not act, depending on which phase you’re in) on getting your ex back, but it helps if you read it to ensure that you’re on the right track. 4 years we dated she pushed me away said that ivwas overthinking ,insecure and overprotective . Tge stonewalling she gave me made me loose hope and i broke up with her . She said nasty words to me at that time before i broke up with her . Now should i be the one to reach out?
Really sorry to hear that. Give yourself time to think clearly and evaluate accordingly. If she's been that way to you, try to see if the relationship is really worth another go since innate behaviours rarely change for good and it may be to your best interest to move on. I’m blocked on everything, except whatts app. Yes I did send a final last msg which was sent on whatts app expecting to be blocked. Two weeks after the msg not blocked and going into no contact now knowing she didn’t block me there at least. She would of seen the msg too. Is that a good sign Brad?.
I don't see this as a cause for concern really, unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. Hi! How long have you two been together? I ask because this tends to be the case if this was a short-term relationship... and depending on what really cut the relationship short, it may be time to consider moving on from this. But don't rush. Always take the time to give each other space first, all right? Do a minimum of 3 weeks of "no contact" and see if you still want your ex and if your ex is receptive to contact AFTER that period. Watch this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zw0ChuXCEmw.html
We were together a year and a half. Things broke off about a month ago. She was my first girlfriend, when I was 13, but moved away when she was about 20, and lives in another state. So I guess it may be odd, but true nonetheless. She comes to NY every so often, and has a circle of family here, but we have no common friends. Seems as though she’s avoidant, and we have spoken a couple times through text since the breakup. She has reached out to me both times, but I have been giving her space.

Hey Brad, my ex reached out after 30 days of no contact. He planned for a meet up but he cancelled last minute due to some engagements. It's been 2 weeks and i haven't heard from him again. Should I reach out?
Yes, but focus on texting and try not to meet up when one of you or both of you aren't ready yet. The phase you're on (assuming you've done the first phase correctly which is the 30-day no contact rule) is the second phase where you're rebuilding attraction. It's part two of the 3-phase system in my guide but here's a quick overview to help you understand better: y2u.be/7JtmVbDkblw but as you go on this phase, you'll notice one or more signs here: y2u.be/nmRM3dZAzDA and the best you can do is to continue to play your cards right and move to the third phase when you're both ready. Good luck!

Your ex is most likely lying about the reason of the breakup so try not to fall for that. Discussed that here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZuHWCWeG1xs.html However, the bottom line is your ex has significantly lost attraction. I have nothing against it but I think that really just creates an unnecessary dilemma in the long run. It’s been 12 weeks since he broke up. A few weeks ago he flew over for 3 days, we went out and cuddled together, had romantic moments, we slept together. He went back home and said he doesn’t want to see each other right now, just weekly phone calls bc he needs to focus on himself (he is getting his income sorted, his mum has cancer etc), he alluded to he’s open to seeing how our calls go and take it slow but it’s mixed signals. I asked him if it was just an excuse to phase me out, but he said no he needs to get his life on track. We had a phone call last week but hasn’t text me since. What should I do?
Did you even listen to this video? Put your focus on YOUR OWN journey, and go into NC! Watch as many videos from Coach Lee or this guy here, they are great.
For the record it does look like a legit excuse. Caring for a sick parent takes its toll on things. If you trust him then I suggest you give him the space he needs. Since your situation may be unique, I think you can benefit by working with me one-on-one so I get to learn more about the situation and therefore be more equipped to help you out, at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching
I had totally distance with her for more than 4 months and never tried to meet her and go from her place where she has business. But she really moved and has a bf 😢
Try to put your focus elsewhere (best to put focus back to yourself) because your ex is likely rebounding and you're only wasting precious minutes of your life worrying about something that's out of your control. If anything, your ex is suffering, too, even though it may not seem like it. Discussed that here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7KE6nb4-ndA.html Watch this, too: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-TBtb34gy6zw.html This should hopefully get you back on track with what you ought to be doing during this time: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-obBIttQSak4.html However, if the relationship lasts for 6 months or more, it's probably best to start moving on from this.
My ex contacted me yesterday after 1month of no contact she asked me how me nd my family was doing nd she asked me if I am happy I said kinda...! Is this a good sign
Don't you recognize an opportunity when you see one? :-) Your ex is opening the lines of communication which is a perfect opportunity for you to transition into phase two and there should be a balance. Since you've already completed the full 30-day "no contact" rule, and assuming you've done the "no contact" rule properly, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XonMtLFo000.html This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right. This won’t happen overnight, of course, but it’s something you ought to continue to work on to the point where you’re gradually building attraction again. This is what my guide is for. Have you checked it out yet? It's too complicated to explain everything on here, but here's an overview of these phases and what to expect in each one: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aeGNPBdpnsI.html Good luck!
There are 7 tips on this vid and 5 of those have nothing to do with social media. So go figure. :-) Also I'm sure you have mutual friends who have social media, right? Assuming you've been together long enough to have mutual friends. Keypoint? Don't overthink stuff and try to go live your life and be the best version of you despite the heartbreak. It's tough but doable. Good luck!
Hi brad , we dated for only 3 months, things were going amazing and we were already planning trips and things for the future, our vaules alligned perfectly. He introduced me to his family He invited me to family trips etc. he was here every day then randomly told me he loves me but not in love with me , that he isnt ready for all of this then broke up with me and ghosted . I did overreact and sent alot of messages. i went no contact its been a month now. Ive made a dirastic change and started having new hobbies like the gym etc.He reacts to some of my posts . And watches all of my stories on several social medias when i post. Im wondering if this sounds like he still has a slight intrest. I fear he has an avoident attachment, even though i was the last message i feel i should probably be the one to reach out. How do i know is the right time?
Yes, indeed. You can reach out to your ex after the 30-day "no contact" period is over. In doing so, it's best to treat the situation with fresh eyes, so it's crucial to keep things fun and light and gently coax your ex into responding the same way. Here are the basics on what to do when it comes down to it. I also suggest you watch from start to the end and NOT skip any parts so you can maximize these tips: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7PcfGeJqUYo.html including asking yourself these very important questions to ask yourself before starting the process: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-t6I5k55pnCE.html but if you need the step-by-step process on what to do, including what to text or say during the process, either hire me as your coach, refer to my other vids or get the 2.0 version of my Ex Factor Guide at www.breakupbrad.com
Brad u mind helping me with this one So she broke up with cuz of gut feeling and ofc i begged for a second chance but i stoped that and let her have her time she broke up with me Tuesday this week im typing this and now im giving her time to get her emotions together i am going to see her next Tuesday at school and i really want to clarify things do u think if i talk normally and positively she might rethink that or should i just talk with her and then if it doesnt work out do the NC for 30 days
Nope. Stop trying to get her to change her mind. Instead, do your best to show you're cool with the breakup. I know it's tough but now is a good time to know yourself more and find that inner strength to accept the breakup and be independent of your ex as much as possible. Do the dynamic "no contact" rule or limited contact instead of the full on "no contact" rule. You've got a long way to go but for starters, you can follow the tips here to prevent things from getting even more awkward than it has to be: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GTjEAGJWTuA.html AND ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dDZrnNh8LOg.html
Hey brad i recently broked up with my girlfriend.. we have been since 6 months.. at first it was all good she said she really loved me we are connected mentally emotionally and physically but at August last she told that she had only attraction towards me and since she was single she was desperate to be with a good person and by this she thought she did not loved me but only she had attraction towards me... What to do now i m in that situation i can't found and answer and I have been stuck in very bad situation.... I loveed her so much
Be cool, let her chase you 😂. Don’t msg first, and when she does show her how much more fun, responsible and successful you are becoming. But keep a little mystery
If her feelings for you hadn't grown deeper over time, it may be best to consider moving on from this. At the very least, give her space and let her miss you.
Hey brad i comment on your video last month when my ex told me to move on with my life after i broke NC almost after 2months , now its been 1month NC ( restarted ) and i saw my ex in college during some sports events , she was looking at me but i didnt , i was feeling sad bcuz of the fact that she told me to get on with my life, i didnt look at her and eventually went home. Do you think i should say or text something to her , im missing her soo much and idk why she look at me that day , and she's looking very thin as well , pls help me brad , i still love a lot and i want to text her like saying sorry for not noticing her or something, and her bday is coming soon too
Hey man! This vid is for you: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-519e6C-H9zU.html If you've done the "no contact" rule properly this time, then you'd likely be in a position to say hi or handle things with grace. Here's how: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dDZrnNh8LOg.html
Well... nothing ventured, nothing gained. Do you think you're ready to give it a try? Watch this first to help set your expectations: y2u.be/82uUJ7kPXhE and look out for the signs that your ex has moved on: y2u.be/TnZzeEIPEik If you see only one or zero signs, then this vid is for you: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9LC1ewgBkIQ.html If the conditions are right, then make sure you tick off the checklist here as well: y2u.be/BAhMrmw3Sms It's important to rebuild the attraction naturally so your ex will be amenable to working ONCE things out, eventually. That's what I call the "check-in" text and believe it or not, your ex is somewhat expected to send one or more of these sooner or later and I've got just the vid for that. Discussed that in one of the vids, including how to handle that kind of message and when and/or how to reply, including what not to text, (so watch to the end of the vid) here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tev2-lrJq7o.html
Hey brad, i went no contact, the past two weeks, after first month and a half, i did poorly, she reached out Monday, with a video of her new puppy, kept the convo simple and mutual and made sure she was the last to text me which was “sweet dreams” and now im stuck on if i should reach out, mind you also our break up was due to me not loving myself and no effort in making a better life for me and us leading to her questioning if i was using her as a personal bank im the one she can depend on to having a life . I have progressively corrected or bettered myself .

Hi Brad. It's been 4 weeks. Usually, he texts me. But hasnt yet I know he had problems, so i left him alone. Do i message him . I dont follow or do anything to make him see im watching him. Its also been over a year
4 weeks of what? What's been over a year? If the conditions are right, then make sure you tick off the checklist here as well: y2u.be/BAhMrmw3Sms It's important to rebuild the attraction naturally so your ex will be amenable to working ONCE things out, eventually. Hi Brad, so me and my ex have had a strange year we split up in February. Ended up getting back together in May and been on and off until last week. the other day I found out she was talking to someone else obviously I asked her about it and she denied anything was going on. We have not spoke since then and she has blocked me on everything except Facebook. I really want her back. I made the mistake of telling her I need to step away for awhile and work on myself, I know I shouldn’t have told her I’m doing no contact. Is there a chance and what can you suggest? Thank you
I say generally it's still fair game unless you see most if not all the signs that your ex is over you. Here's the vid: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZyJRphwDca4.html and especially if those signs prevail over a prolonged period of time. If you're asking about your chances, I really wish I could give you a direct yes or no. However, as it is, each situation is unique, so I suggest you take the free quiz as it hits on the critical elements that will determine your chances depending on your answers. In other words, my quiz can give you a more accurate answer than I can since as you may have noticed, there are various factors at play here which needs to be looked at as well as your own actions after the breakup. Here's the link: www.breakupbrad.com/quiz Best of luck!
Just wait. I was in that situation, it hurt so bad. I’ve been blocked and unblocked 4 times this year. Each time she unblocked me I’d stay cool for a couple of days, then pour my heart out to her over and over and be back to square 1. After the last time I ended up blocking her to make my self disappear. I stoped starker her fb account. My friend told me she posted something that sounds like it’s about me. I unblocked her and saw she was online status. So she unblocked me again. This time I just said “hello” It’s been 3 weeks now and as each day goes by I feel more powerful that I am not msg her. It really works mate. So when they do unblock you , stay cool and they will eventually be so confused, hahahaha
So give it time. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends. More about that on here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5UT92IB5ugs.html Anyway social media should be the least of your concerns. Focus on all three phases and your ex may naturally unblock you, in time, as you learn to rebuild that attraction and re-attract this ex back to your life.. Here are the basics of all three phases to getting an ex back: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aeGNPBdpnsI.html and social-media wise, here (but then again, don't let it become your sole focus) : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-D1GpR5MApQk.html Good luck!
