This is the definition of false advertising. Neither Microsoft Surface nor RTX 4090 full specced PC will draw animations that good as in video even on 540 hz 1ms display. Because animations inside Windows lag on ALL devices and are full of incorrect drawing!! Open a bunch of text files and do win+tab shortcut.. Text will be so ugly moving oooooofffffffff

This is a joke. Besides the arbitrary requirements, even qhen you do hit them it still wont let you. Windows 10 simply wont boot with them enabled and windows 11 wont install with them disabled. I tried making a usb boot disk and that wont boot with them enabled but will with them disabled.... Its a headache for no good reason.

@HotCakeX My old desktop from 2014 has an i5 4590 which leaves every modern windows 11 budget laptop/pc in the dust. My current machine is a laptop with an i9 13900h and and a 140w rtx4070. It shipped with Windows 11. I upgraded it to 10. Windows 11 is an objectively inferior operating system with bogus hardware requirements.

Depends on how powerful of a machine you want, your preferences, and if you require a dedicated graphics card. If you want a prebuilt you're looking at ~$1200USD. (as of today 1/16/24). Tomshardware has a decent article for prebuilds.

I use windows 11 lite which is a special rom of windows 11 that removes the system requirements, so I installed it on my unsupported pc, and I can confirm, I will not go back to windows 8.1.

It would be easy to switch to Windows 11... If there were no arbitrary system requirements. I had Windows 11 running on my Devil's Canyon i5 daily driver PC for a while and the OS was running surprisingly well. Normally, the PC I use runs latest version of Windows 10.
