I Was thinking the same thing I've tried to like the "new" digital stuff but still. I keep going back to the original amps and cab or combo. Thanks for sharing!

Brilliant idea, gonna pop into my storage unit and dig out some flight cases that are tucked away in the corner This could be a great solution and will allow me to "move some air" and stay friends with the neighbours.

Been looking into making one of these, and I was just about to comment that it doesn't seem to be helping to tame the low-end, but then you went and suspended the whole thing in the case, which is a super cool solution. Have you had any noise complaints/been told from neighbours that they can still hear the amp? Because the DJ rack case is such a unique & cost-effective idea.

No noise complaints so far! In hindsight, I think additional insulation (i.e. fiberglass, foam, etc.) would only help. Hope this helps, and thanks for checking out the video!

Nice box but the rest of the "treatment" was/is uninformed & haphazard at best. Where, where, where is the mic'd sound? Playing with an amp in a box to reduce room volume is weird...try a power soak.
