Umm, with the mixture you just gave I can use my regular spunge or spunge mop and get the same results. Remember to rinse off the cleaned area because of the gritty ingredients.
J.C. Nightwalker - those ingredients help, but it is the very specific sponge material that actually does the bulk of the work here.. Honestly it’s a great tip, they are incredible cleaners for so many different things and this saves a lot of money if you use them all the time (like I do..)
But can I use it without the borax and baking soda and have the same effectiveness of a real magic eraser?! All that preparation time and extra cost makes it more preferable to just buy magic erasers for $1 each. Plus, baking soda is god damn messy when you use it to clean stuff.
