Moisturisation and hydration are NOT the same thing. If your skin is dry, apply a few light layers of hydration and then "lock it in" with your moisturiser n top. This will mean that the hyalauronic acid in the moisturiser will lock onto the water in your hydration step and "plump" up your skin, softening any wrinkles.
