I’ll never forget the first time I’ve played here. Started off great then my brother in law wanted to leave while I’m even after only 3 hours. I left and came back the next day alone and lost over 2k in a 2-3 game. Great casino tho. Great action and good food.

at the 2-3 game?? really? At Hawaiian Gardens in which the game is $100-$200 buy-in??? Wasn't your first clue to leave the casino when you lost somewhere around $600-$800 when it comes to buying into a game that the max buy-in is $200.......

It’s a really cool way to look back at some of the sessions you’ve played over the years and it’s very fulfilling watching the whole vlog that you created yourself. Get some good play at The Garden's Casino......especially at 2-3 or 5-5 or 5-5-10 bounty tables......the 5-5-10 regular tables are tight but can make money by winning the $25 new player pots.....

Dont be affraid to 3 bet with draws out there when opponent leads. You missed a few that you could have taken or inflated the pot with the better hand. AJ no brain call. You could have applied more pressure and raised making the opponent think vs you guessing. Pocket 9s, you knew you played wrong, which means you'll change it next time. 8/2 there are few cards you are going to want to see. Any over and any mid is bad. Gotta bet it high.

Thanks for the input. It duly noted. Yea that 8/2 hand was weird for me. I had two pair on a draw heavy board but I just felt like I was basically bluffing catching even though I know he’s not betting his draws like that. It was just a weird spot for me. Will definitely try to be more aggressive the next time in certain spots when there’s a lot of draws out. Thank you for the honest feedback 👍

AK is a pretty good hand so a lot of people do it actually. But it does lose to any pair if you don’t hit anything soooo up to the player tbh whether they want high variance or low

I am into poker these days and i actually want to play poker offline for the first time. This is the casino that i usually go to play black jack. Where can i learn basic table etiquettes and rules? I know the poker rules but i don't know the minor things such as if it's okay to leave the table whenever i want to after winning

@@davidhan9979 Yea hit and running at the poker table is considered “bad etiquette” but you are free to do whatever you want. Hitting and running at table games in my opinion is highly encouraged if you want to lock up your profits 😂. Poker supposed to be a gentlemen’s game so if you want to leave after winning a big pot atleast announce your 30 minutes before you leave the table to let the table know you’re leaving with their money 😂

Pro tips! I didn’t know a nose and ear piercing meant someone was a loose player. Also, that 82o hand I wanted to fold on the turn. That’s pocket 3s or A8 all day long. Trust your gut man!

Yea just couldn’t get away from the two pair. Yea the nose and ear piercings, in my experience atleast, usually mean they looser than usual especially from a younger male. Thats Not always the case but in this instance it worked out 😊

@@PocketMs make your regular vlogs. Then chop up segments of it to use as shorts. I work in marketing. RU-vid, Tik Tok, ig are all pushing short form content. Do it until you get at bigger following then you can drop it off. Also time stamp your videos if you can in the comments or on the video. Scrubbing through and stopping really helps the algorithm as well.

Have to call in the AJ hand, the pot is way to big to fold ever for 220. For the few times the villain will be bluffing or have a worse Jack. People do weird things. Nice hand

Yea true I was def getting great odds to call. Sometimes though it’s not about the odds it’s about being right or wrong on the call for me tbh. This time I made the right call with the right odds but just took extra long to think about it though. But yea def could’ve had a worse Jack although I think a Jack just checks back the river maybe 🤔

Yea long term 40bb/hr isn’t sustainable, but short term def achievable. I just don’t always expect to win 40bb/hr but it sure is nice once in a while

That AJ hand was so played so bad. It’s either a jam or fold in the turn based on SPR. The tank call on river was bad. You were getting 5-1

Yea that’s what Mona said. She would have bet the turn and got it in if they raised the turn with the ace of diamonds and top pair. Yea I played it pretty passive but I got max value from a worse hand, keeping his bluffs in as played. Interesting spot for me here. Definitely other ways to play the hand so I appreciate the input!

19:33 Exhibit 106,789,301 on why we fold to nits who bet 3 streets when we do not have the nuts (or close to it). You are never, ever, ever good. Gotta find the fold here brother. I know it sucks, but these are the hands at low stakes that will make or break your bankroll over time. Nice sess though!

Yea fr can’t pay the nits off. Def was a hand that I regretted because I had such a sick feeling in my gut about it. But yea just couldn’t find the fold button. Thanks for the advice though. Will hopefully be better next time 😅

It's MUCH easier said than done, especially when you're at the table with what is, in any other context, a monster, but you know you have to fold. It is a horrible feeling, and there is that psychological thing we all get where we convince ourselves to call when we know we shouldn't.

I don’t get why ppl ask ppl wat they have, then when they tell you you say you don’t believe them jus because it’s not the hand you wanted them to say. I get players lie, but at that point when your leavin he coulda said he had a flush draw or not said anything at all. I believe he had 2 pair.

Some of them games can get crazy there. There are a few tables that have a lot of action. Sometimes I cause a lot of the action. I like to start at low stakes for long grinding sessions but also play at the big tables when my bank roll supports it. We should have a meet up game.
