Hi Steve. It’s a generic sort of ring stretcher made in India. I got it from Amazon and fir the price. (69.00) it really dies a great job on all size coins. I’ll eventually grow into a Durston stretcher…but I’ve done hundreds of rings with this one and I’m getting a good result. Take care!
