God that’s got to be a #superduper heavy ass electric scooters probably heavier then a four cycle little #cc moped. You think at minimum you would at least used aluminum. #superduper #mow4twenty #electricscooter but #60mph, a #seat and scooter the average #homlessbum can’t just steal your kit toy! Or if you get I guess a little more protection vs made in #china. Whichever great content!
I super love your videos. One opportunity for improvement here, install a chain catch. The chain line is directly behind your right leg and has terrific inertia. If the chain were to break it would whip the hell out of your leg. Maybe even seriously injuring you.
I mean if you are a engineer how do you not know that the motor they bought produces around 2000-3000rpms, meaning when powering a very small wheel like the one in the video is not gonna work well. You need to ration down the 2000-3000rpms output to around 200-300rpms for it to actually have decent mileage, with the setup the motor is gonna be on max 100% of the time.
I don't know where to start and give you credit fore, simply it is hard to decide what thing amased me most ! Maybe I'm over reacting a bit, I'm still "under the influence" of video LOL ! Now seriously, if we compare your video with some other and there are a lots - first what I saw and what I like is how clean, nice, detail everything is, without mess, everything is in order... And God bless you for that - there is not cranked up (mostly in other videos - idiotic ) "music" and/or talking ! Also - there is not microphone 10 cm from grinder or some similar sorce of noise... LOL 👌👏 Did I mention that you made great scooter ? Because you did ! :) Thank you for energy, patience, effort, knowledge, time and work to make this video and for sharing. Nice stuff. But I recommend you to reinforce the saddle support. Usually you weld another small piece into the triangle part of the frame. Because you don't have any suspension, that welding is taking a lot of stress.
Great IDEA if built on a DIY BASIS. but realy designed on the good old push bike that's been around for 140 years PLUS. AND ELECTRIC SCOOTERS THAT been ON THE market for many years. Right down to the small discs breaks. Why NOT HAVE SOME REAL FUN PUT A SMALL I/C ENGINE IN IT AND PUT SOME REAL LASTING FUN IN IT. BUT THERE AGAIN ITS NOTHING NEW.

Great design. I would still add small triangular grommets around 1/8 on either side of the seat post just for a little extra resistance to bending backwards over time. Keep it up.

Nice build, but I'm unsure about the chassis design. There's more stress on a bicycle or (motorcycle) chassis in a different way than your main tube is oriented. It needs strength vertically, not horizontally, especially with tiny tires and no suspension! Keep an eye on the steering tube to main tube for cracks, 'cause it's gonna hurt when it breaks!

Top speed of 35 mph and no suspension that would make it very difficult to control on a bumpy road .... But a good job needs a chain guard if you get you pants 👖 caught in there it could be a cut up leg...
А меньше можно делать скорость? Так как при встрече на дороге с другим транспортом или с животными при такой скорости,сложно славировать,обойти тоже животное, правда опытные байкеры это сделают легко🐈
Распорные втулки на ось не поставил или не показал, без них колесо будет съезжать на сторону. На цепь нужно защиту от песка и грязи, но в принципе цепь расходник, кому как нравится

Классный тарантас , но вот только один минус- отсутствие подвески и амортизаторов, хотя бы сзади или ну минимум седло. Прощай спина, с катанием по лесу и кочкам.

As of today u have made its worth because of petrol and diesel prices going up day by day don't u think there should be a 6v solar panel to charge the battery and afront and a back light
É interessante a invenção. Mais se não tiver uma proteção naquela corrente de engrenagem,poderá causar um acidente sério se prender no pé a corrente poderá até perder o pé . Isso é sério.
Почему бы не сдеать почти то же самое из велосипеда? с двигателем сразу в колесе. убираем сразу механические трения самой цепи и её же растяжения. + ставим амортизирующую пневматическую вилку можно так же и сделать хороший амортизированный задний подвес, ну и гидравлические тормоза опять же убираем механику для надёжности. а всего то поменять центральную консоль рамы на нужный алюминиевый профиль типа вашего под аккумулятор. И тогда сама конструкция будет весить намного меньше а следовательно преодолевать путь на том же заряде больше.
