I'm watching this video again after a few months and I need to tell you again: It's so cool and helpful what you are doing! The love you have for reggae can be seen on every of your nice videos. Big up Kahn, looking forward to more content!
I love this man i love that a lot of Hollie cook and tiklah use these synth toms , a lot of 80s Digital reggae vibes are so great. gives it that mmmmmppphh
I could watch this all day! Learning how to drum and this is super helpful. You got great feel for reggae and it shows man. Stoked to see what you and Karigan n the rest come up with. STAY UP!
Please for what I saw you are the only one legit on doing reggae beats on softwares for youtube, could you do one tutorial with Ableton Live 10 I really would like thats the only program that i have
Well, nice Kahn, there are not many like you here on YT and where ever else. I appreciate your works and knowledge! Especially respect for sharing DIGITAL moments here, cause what you did I call a semi-digital style and I love it more, then computarized once for example... Of course it is a matter of taste! Big respect from Tallinn city, Estonia. P.S With that kind of drums and riddim section actually bass guitar could sound very good!
Big up and thank you!! Yes I call this a hybrid digital, the best of both worlds. It’s kind of what they did in JA and UK in the mid 80s with the addition of synthesized drums like the Simmons and Synare percussions, but kept the real hi hat and often layered in an acoustic snare. I need to make more rhythms like this! Anyways thanks so much for the comment and I hope all is blessed in Estonia 🙏
Oh wow, I just discovered this brill tutorial while looking for a making Dub tutorial. I'm making a track which I'm putting a Dub section in and wondered if I could find any resources to guide me.. This vid is superb(I know its reggae as opposed to a groovy one drop dub riddim). I'm wondering if you do any Dub packs/ resources? Thanks for this video mannn.. super cool!
good afternoon ! I would like to ask the DM khan community, what do you think about reggae ampfreQQ? This software really catches my attention. Do you know if it works well or are there some cheaper alternatives? congratulations on the channel, great job, thank you very much! Saludos desde Sevilla!!
Hey there! I'm looking for someone who can run a DI bass track through a real amp (around 2:30 min long) and since I like your sound I wonder if you would be open do that. It would send you the DI track and you would send me back the real amped one. How much would it cost? Thank you in advance!
@@BMUSIK101 send me an email. The kit you purchased is a digital sample pack that also includes a roots Radics style acoustic snare, which is dampened heavily. Did I say there would be rimshot samples?
