@@JohnSL it's a house built late 70's in a steep section of LW. It only had two contact points with the ground. A giant concrete foot/ swimming pool and the top floor kitchen. The house has a big concrete/steel health rest of the house is cantilevered out from. Spine and ribs is best description. It had been abandoned. A group I know bought and remodeled it. Around 1990. Ownership today I don't know.

I applied edge banding on the plywood edges and then painted the edge banding. Very quick.
