That was an excellent explanation for laminating. It really makes a difference using 2 layers glue on ply especially in wet areas. I learnt that the hard way.

Very nice job and practical approach. I like the 3 flute freud router bits most for finishing work, they leave a perfect cut and I believe they last a little longer. Much appreciate the efforts.

Good fabrication. I like the attention to detail. I use a 4 inch foam roller to spread contact cement as well as fiberglass resin. It is quick and spreads a consistent thickness easily. Afterward I throw the roller pad away.

+BChrisL Agree a roller would be good on a bigger but but this was small and easy to do with a brush. Thanks for the mentioning it I am sure it will help someone. Thanks also for the positive feedback.
