I was searching for a card game tutorial in Godot and found this channel. Had to reduce the speed to 0.1x to be able to catch coding part. It was painful but I was able to get through tutorial and make the game as shown. Thanks
How did you create the cards featured in this video? I'm interested in learning more about your process, especially how you were able to preserve the sharpness of the pixel art on the textures. Additionally, how did you adapt the square textures to fit the card meshes? Did you crop each texture individually, or is there a technique in Godot 4 that facilitates this process?
Looks nice. Only thing that bothers me, is bet is on left side, new game on middle and other is on right side on screen. IMO its better that you put everything UI on one side of screen. Nice job!
Hi! Tell me if I can turn off the flash light when switching the active camera (using sdfgi). The player observes the environment through CCTV cameras. But when switching, there are flashes due to sdfgi miscalculations. Thanks!
The sdfgi probes bake when the scene is instanced so if you have A light present that will move it needs to be added after the probes bake. There is an issue on the Godot issue tracker about this where the user Unfa was looking for A workaround to this so I suggest checking there for more info.
