The 60minute game looks 10x better than the 30minute game!

We made a similar game with dogs and several items, looking like an OG Gameboy game and playing like a game and watch game. My buddy works full time, so updating our website has been difficult, but I’m excited seeing your video, knowing that I made something similar with the help of a few friends, having very little knowledge of Game Dev! ❤

Cool challenge! Inspired me to do similarly, except it was three different games in 30/45/60 minutes. I should still try creating the same game three times though, it's neat seeing the difference the time limits make.

"Not too bad for ten minutes." ? Dude! I hate you" (Not really). That is F-ing amazing for ten minutes. I can barely draw a sprite in that time.

You should do a one minute game next

Great challenge, the execution on your last attempt for 60 minutes was really good, maybe because you felt less pressured and already had some experience in making the same game a few times before. But the 10 minute challenge was just god mode, you knew what you were going to do so well that you pulled it off without issue (granted it wasn't the most impressive game, but it looks like a decent achievement for 10 minutes).

Everytime i see this in my recommended i cant wait to see another great comedy and content video from you... thats why i always wait for the best part in the evening when watching you. Please keep making great content, i really enjoy watching you!!

I would recommend make the challenge again but opposite way, I think most artists are doing this in that way, it also shows very clear, what is most important

I would wonder what would be 60 minutes of programming, without art, audio and then being free to add art and audio until you feel it's finished. I wonder how much difference does it make.

You should try this again with a set of pre-existing art and sound assets to work with. That way the focus could only on programming, which could be more interesting

Which game engine should I start with? I am new to this game dev journey and I have been hearing good stuff about Godot. However, Vimlark's channel is what inspired me the most to finally start on this journey and I just wanna do exactly what he did when he started.
