Making A Letter Coin Bank w/out A CNC 

Perfect for a first prototype, now you can refine the process with each build. I'm thinking of doing this for my kids at some point. No cnc either.

I think I would have just added the 1/4" back as a full piece and then cut out the shape instead of trying to inlay it then using bondo.

Finally a good idea without CNC, thank you!!

What bit did you use to make the grooves?

Bondos blue now….NOOOO pink was a lot easier to get it right
