The thought of a guy spending practically most of his life in jail for 2 crimes he didn't commit is just terrible. I mean what are the odds of someone doing 18 years for a crime they didn't commit, finally get exonerated and suing for millions of dollars, and right when he's about to get paid, just decides to randomly murder a girl and scatter all the evidence around his property.
Yeah I know mate it just doesn't happen. The DOJ needs to open it eyes. Actually they know SA & BD are innocent but don't really care less if they die in jail. These Judges and State officials just don't want to be embarrassed again by admitting they've convicted a man twice for crimes he didn't commit aswell as taking his nephew down with him this time around.
@@joearkle1327 Yeah man, taking Brendan down as well is just disgusting. There's no evidence whatsoever that he was involved, and he obviously had a severe learning disability. Brendan by all accounts was just a quiet kid that has never really been in any trouble at all. I can understand them going after Steven, but don't take that poor kid down with him. An experienced interrogator could have made Brendan confess to anything.
@@thewolf5444 yeah those two cops, Fasbender and Wiegert who got to Brendans head are the lowest kind of cops a State can have, no scruples at all but I guess they're used to slithering around and if they didn't do so before this case then that is now how they're viewed. Poisonous Snakes. I don't normally get affected to badly by most wrongful conviction cases but this case has got right under my skin and for reasons I don't understand, that said I do have a daughter of 15 years old who'd be an easy target for cops and detectives such as you see in this case. In truth it's scary to think my daughter or son, or even myself for that matter, could fall foul to this kind of "rough justice" and although it's unlikely it is still a possibility no matter how remote, although I live in the UK it's still scary to think our justice system are almost mirror models of one another. Let's hope something give in their favour before it's to late. #FreeBrendanDassey #FreeStevenAvery
This is great news! Once again a witness was silenced years ago. Hopefully the judges will finally listen and do the right thing. Thanks for your updates!
They did it. Sorry. More than enough evidence and a jury of their peers say so. How do these people remember this information 20 years ago? Why would they come out now? I like how the witness doesn’t really remember if he went to the salvage yard or met Avery before, but remembers seeing a Rav 4 with a random dude driving who he’s able to somehow identify as Bobby…
@@YourDrawerness one of the witnesses here did phone in at the time, the prosecution then did nothing with the information and did not present it to the defence in discovery. They suppressed evidence because it didn’t fit their narrative, that is a miscarriage of justice and Brady violation.
Doubtful… the government is not to be trusted… those police have all the evidence gone by now… unless someone has video evidence… he’s screwed…. It’s so sad and disgusting….
Let's just say this....I thought Bobby should b the #1 suspect when I heard he left right when she had...& admitted he had been watching her out his bedroom window...THEN...later comes all the computer stuff. Bobby seems guilty to me...& I believe he is.
I feel like Bobby tricked Brendan into helping him cover something up and tried to shift the focus to Steven. I also think the stepdad knows more than he is letting on as well…but yea once they said what was on his computer…it was a closed case for me
@@SandiegoChapoI agree, mostly. I don’t think Bobby involved Brandon, but went to Scott! Step daddy’s gonna help for sure. I also think Scott helped murder her, and $#@&ally assaulted her also.

@@YourDrawernessCrazy story and so much that its easy to be unsure. You commenting on everyone at least we can be sure you believe Avery guilty lmfao 🤣
Scott, Thanks so much for your diligence in covering the horrendously unjust treatment of Steven, Brendan, and the legacy of Teresa. You are the BEST!🎉
Hear that BARB! You are not going to be able to hide your preferred child much longer! You, Barb, should also do time for your obstruction of justice!!!
To me Steven was never proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.I never viewed the police conspiracy as plausible. But I felt another reasonable theory was that somebody else living on Steven’ property was the killer and planted evidence.
To you? Did you sit in court all day, every day of the trial? The jury did. Y'think they might've heard more evidence than you have? A 'reasonable' theory re another somebody, without any specificity? That's silly.
Brendan's mother was a massive idiot! Imagine telling your son to sign away his Miranda rights. You never ever do that. He will pay for that mistake for the rest of his life!
She didn't know about it until after they already bullied a false confession out of him, they lied and said that she allowed them to interview him alone which is complete bs. They didn't even want to give her a minute alone with her son after they interviewed him and she even asked them if they pressured him which they lied and said no smh
They are a fraternity. No way anyone is going to blow the cover on what they did. I'd hate to think what would happen to the officer and his/her family if they did report what actually happened.

@@YourDrawerness Don't forget, Steven Avery did a nice long stint for sexual assault on the beach after more than enough evidence and a jury of his peers said he was guilty; only to have DNA evidence clear him. Just because you have the memory (and IQ) of a goldfish doesn't mean everyone is so bereft of intelligence. Bobby Dassey is the murderer.
WOW It's gone in front of the SAME judge who has been hindering Steven's appeals process for "years" now and I really can't see this time being any different. They know the truth of their innocence pure and simple but the state and the officers and officials involved cannot face the acknowledge the consequences of wrongly convicting the same man twice for crimes he didn't commit aswell as taking his nephew down in order to get him the second time around. Its pretty clear to anyone with eyes and ears what the State of Wisconsin are playing at, they're stalling for time in the hope that Steven dies in jail, he, unlike Brendan, doesn't have time or youth on his side. He's not just fighting against the prosecution team any longer, in my opinion he's now fighting against the upper echelons of the Wisconsin DOJ and State/Regional Government. I know nothing of politics but its clear to see this case has turned political in a BIG way and that's the most frightening aspect Steven and Brendan are now having to contend with. Let's keep hope alive for them #FreeStevenAvery #FreeBrendanDassey

@@YourDrawerness many other people throughout the US have been exonerated on the words of eye witnesses many many years after the crime took place so this case is no different. This witness statement is just one more piece of evidence the cops didn't bother to investigate because it didn't fit there narrative. And as for the jury... well the one that was taken off the panel for a "family emergency" has stated publicly he wasn't willing to convict and actually considers Steven to be innocent. On first deliberations the jury were 7 to 5 in favour of acquittal so what went wrong. I've read and researched the main court transcripts, obviously not all but the ones that actually make up the case against SA and BD and to be honest the prosecutions narrative has more holes than a colander, it just doesn't hold water. If it hadn't been for Ken Kratz inflammatory press conferences these two guys would never have been convicted. Also a million dollar lawsuit against Manitowoc County is heavy-duty motive for the cops to send SA away for good and yet no motive was ever established against SA for committing the murder. I mean the cops used 1 search warrant to search for 9 days. 9 DAYS. Nah sorry m8 but these 2 men were railroaded, Steven for a second time. He didn't commit the crime against PB on the beach in '85 but was set-up and convicted of it anyway and here he is again having been set-up by some of the same cops involved in his first conviction. And you really think there no doubt about his guilt. Come on bud open your eyes and take off the blinders man.
If courts have not already approved case to be reheard, I’m not sure this will help get a new trial….forensic evidence in the car and the house should have done the trick and that didn’t work. While I am still hopeful, I’m not optimistic.
Hi Scott Wow!! Wow!!! Wow!!! At Bloo.y last 👍👍👍💯…This is brilliant news , albeit so late🤔, Whoever you are please, please, please give your evidence asap, Thank you from UK👋🏻💯👀🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
The whole thing seems so blatantly off, the biggest question I always ask is they constantly go on about the cutting and dismembering which supposedly happened through the house into the garage or just in the garage, you're telling me they couldn't find a single speck of her blood in the garage even with 5 days of cleaning? That alone would make me doubt the whole case
Yes! I remember watching the documentary and I was like, ok I’ve watched a ton of true crime shows/documentaries that shown pics of the crime scenes and they’re sitting there trying to sell to us that a woman who was dismembered they have done the impossible and left absolutely no evidence whatsoever? None of her blood, strands of hair, fingerprints, nothing? This whole case just pisses me off
OMG! OMG! I keep waiting for the granting of the hearing, but this is HUGE, too! I just hope he can somehow prove where he was at the time he says he saw this. I'm sorry, I know Steven and Brendan are innocent, but why is this guy waiting almost 20 years to come forward? You have to wonder, is he just trying to get attention? Or, what could be his motivation behind finally coming forward? I don't know, but this just adds more grounds for the judge to grant the hearing.
It's truly sad what's happening I've been keeping tabs on this since it started ....it's my true belief that county will go thru unbelievable hoops to keep Steven from exonerating himself knowing corrupt cops set him up and know he will be entitled to such a huge settlement it'll break the legal system out there the fact they did this to cover up the first fiasco and are still running with it and did it again how can noone see this is mind boggling
I remember that the key at least didn't even have any of Teresa's DNA on it and none of avery's touch DNA . From what I remember, the car only had the blood DNA present as well.
Sooo what’s up with Netflix, are they not going to finish the series or do they believe it’s gotten too much publicity? I mean atp call internal affairs, the corruption and cahoots are unbelievable
I don't know why the authority takes a hand About the matter, the time that he says he saw her taking photos does not coincide with the time that the bus driver also saw Teresa, if the photos from her camera had appeared, it would have been known which of the two was telling the truth because Only the photos had the exact time that she was taking pictures, it is rare that she lasted a whole hour taking photos, among all the anomalies that surround the case
I just think that Bobby was in love with her and she turned him down when she was at Stevens place, bonny got mad, then did all those things,, Steven and Brendon tried to break it up and then this all happened,,, bobby probably framed Steven because he was jealous.
Hmm what was happening around May 10 guys? I know! Steven Avery's "supporters" were attacking me for agreeing with Steven Avery about his family's potential involvement, even TruthWins telling me I was "being used" by some unnamed entity. So, to Barb and Bobby ... I mean ... To Barb's "supporters" ... Is it maybe time to challenge Barb and Bobby on what they know? Just a thought for those who actually want a resolution to this injustice.
Why why wouldn't the police chase this up why 😢 wat do other police forces think about this really you would think other police forces would want to step in wat happened to internal affairs just get why they have been investigated shocking
I pray this is the long awaited news that will be undisputable in a court of law. Everytime I think about Steven and how much of his life spent in prison I still can not comprehend how he is still alive and fighting. I pray this will be the time he is freed! Thank u Scott for never giving up.

This guy Avery should change his name to Murphy!..what ever can go wrong will go wrong?..I believe he was set up three times..his first trial..and twice in this trial,by both his nephew and police🙄🤦♂️
I hope Steven and Brandon Sue the living piss out of the State of Wisconsin, Steven and Brandon don’t belong in those “Hell Holes” I was locked up at Oshkosh Prison for 2 1/2 years and that place is a total joke.. WAUPUN isn’t any better it’s the oldest prison in the State and you have NO PRIVACY.. At least at Oshkosh you had a little bit of Privacy.. I had a Cellmate years ago that knew Steven and was in the same POD with him, he said Steven was the nicest guy and usually very quiet, and doesn’t believe he did it like me
STEVEN É INOCENTE ESPERO QUE ELE SAIA LOGO FICO AFLITA DE PENSAR EM UM INOCENTE NA CADEIA PERDENDO TODA A VIDA PPR CAUSA DE ALGO QUE NAO FEZ JUSTIÇA INJUSTA😢
This is amazing and I hope and pray that the true killer gets put behind bars and SA and BD go free way to Scott thank for the update and way to go KZ your one hell of an attorney!
I wonder why so long? how can you have this information know that Steven is wrongfully convicted and not say anything till now?? But if it is true and we have to assume it is. Then it maybe enough along with the other points in her motion to get to a hearing. Fingers crossed .#TruthWins
For some witnesses it takes time to decide what they want to do with the info they have. Just ask Barb and Bobby the same thing. Why so long? they have obviously lied over and over, yet some people defend their continued lies and obstruction of Zellner's investigation. I wish those who excuse Bobby's perjury would extend the same courtesy to witnesses who didn't help convict Steven, like Bobby did.
@@presumed_guilty and some people have tunnel vision just like the MTSO so there's that. (they look at nothing but what THEY BELIEVE) I seek the truth . That is all . If bobby is guilty ,then so be it , Truth is all that matters
This is meaningless. This is not a credible witness, and even so, a person seeing some one driving the vehicle after the the murder, does not in any way prove steven is innocent.
They got it right the first time Brandon’s mom knew what happened that’s why she refused to be in Brandon’s interview because she didn’t want to hear it come out of her sons mouth also really not sure if it’s the same guy but this Tom guy seems to have a bad record and may not be trustworthy
When the body is putting inside the back of the sub Automatically the head in hanging down So the cut in the top area or back area of the head automatically is facing down 🤓
That was not offered by the state or never will be. They will never offer steven any plea deal ever. They want him there. Period. Zelner wouldn't agree she wants him cleared of this crime completely In my opinion
What are chances that the one time you get a cut to your finger, didn't use a plaster, bled onto your the edge of your sink , not down the drain; and fail to clean the blood off and then to have someone break into your home looking for the one thing you left behind to tie you to murder of a woman you were the last person to see? Odds?
It was Scott. Brandon said it was him but people missed it. And even Brandon's mom I think she said that she'll end up dead or something if Scott is discovered. It's been a while since i've watched it but Brandon is covering up for her mom because he's afraid what Scott will do.
I'm pretty sure what the mum meant was that she'd commit suicide if she lost her husband and Bobby. When she said that, Scott was sitting next to her on the phone
@@stevebrooks1331 Yes exactly Scott is always near. No she didn't meant suicide. Brandon said something about a car leaving or coming...a car Scott was driving but people missed that. And I missed it too...I saw one video years now on RU-vid .But even without that video...something was always off about Scott. And he is always there or near.
DON'T BELIEVE FOR A MINUTE NEITHER ONE IS RESPONSIBLE .. THE AVERY'S ALREADY WAS A MAJOR FACTOR WHEN IT COMES HELPING THEY CITY. BUT WHEN HE GOT OUT IT WAS TAKING A TURN where THEY daM NEAR WAS ABOUT TO OWN MANITOWOC
I have so much insight. Hard to put it all here. But go back to Brendan’s account with all the blood in trailer. She got savaged … they never found any blood. In any crime investigation, blood is very hard to cover up. It didn’t happen.
That doesn't prove anything, it's means as we already knew that Steven did not act alone so this only validates that. Candace Owen's new documentary shows what was hidden from most people during the Netflix series.
Slidingrhino, you can’t tell these people anything that makes sense. I’m sure most of them thought we’d all be zombies today after the nation wide emergency alert. They’re addicted to chaos therefor common sense and reality are not things they partake in.
I can't wait for the day bobby dassey finally gets what's coming to his murdering self his dark sexual deviancy is what drove him to commit this crime and he needs to pay I knew from the beginning it was either her x or some other pretend friend that killed her it was the only sensible theory not a man that just got out of jail and was innocent all along come on ....
I like how the witness doesn’t really remember if he went to the salvage yard or met Avery before, but remembers seeing a Rav 4 with a random dude driving who he’s able to somehow identify as Bobby… Makes no sense. They did do it. Several of the Dasseys and also Stephen did it.
Don't it make you feel like a fool this man was at Steven Avery rally has pictures with Allen Avery and a message telling Steven we'll go fishing Again when you get out all in 2019 hmmm he's believable 😂😂😂
