You are a great mom, you incorporate recipes with no cheese for your son, even in recipes that rely on cheese such as pizza itself, true dedication as a mother. You rock :)
why are you making the pizza dough on top of your cooker/hob I would recommend using a choosing board or wooden bored as this will be more hygienic and less likely to make a mess.

That mug looks just about the right size of a standard measuring cup (8 oz / 250 ml), at any rate it wouldn't be too far off! Good choice. Pizza looked good!
Dear God you're supposed to put warm water in dry yeast mix and mix it ... then the dry ingredients and add together mix then and leave it to rise then need it... then turn it out and knead.. then cover it over back in the bowl cover it over let it in a warm place to rise.. that's not a pizza dough 😱🤦♀️

You really do not want anyone seeing this, it is some of the best pizza dough I have ever seen, it must taste awesome. I am going to try this in the morning and then sell it to PAPPA JOHNS PIZZA as soon as I can.

I think it's about time you learned about precise measurements. Just because it's a cup you drink out of does not mean it's a proper measurement cup. Bless your heart Kay. A proper measurement cup is 250 ml.
Sono italiana e da italiana questa non è pizza.il lievito deve riposare 1 giorno,va cotta in non 15 minuti ed è il concentrato di pomodoro non va messo,una passata va metta,lo zucchero non va messo.leggete le ricette e fatele bene,non a caso.

Have been watching you for so long and you've inspired me to try new recipes that I wouldn't have thought of before. I'd LOVE to see you cook Collard Greens with corrnbread and Mac and Cheese.
