Element proximity is a concern for me because I do tend to like a puffy pizza. The problem is it doesn't seem to be an issue with all variations of this type of oven from what I've seen online and it's not obvious to find out what the distance of the element is from the stone on available brands/models. I kind of wish they included a deep pan dish so you can make a deep pan and know as long as it doesn't rise above the pan height it won't touch the element etc.

What an adorable little girl. You’re supposed to pull the parchment paper out after two minutes not leave it in there. The whole time it could be a fire hazard. That’s right from the Breville company.

That element issue ruins the product for me and your daughters a little sweety take care and thanks for the demo video.
