Making a Sashiko bag with scrap fabrics and old materials

This video mainly shows how to make outer panels for a bag with scrap fabric and Sashiko stitches.
Here are the measurements of the materials I used in this video (though I don't think you need to follow them).
- 40cmx27cm outer panels and inner panels (including a 1cm seam allowance). 2 pieces each. I used a pillow case for the outer panels and some scrap fabric for the inner panels (lining)
I cut off 4cm squares at the bottom corners.
- 2 pieces of 7cmx32cm fabric for the handles
I folded them in half first and folded a 1cm seam allowance on each side. The handle width is 2.5cm (about 1 inch). I attached them 10cm apart (5cm from the middle point) .
I used Sashiko threads, needles and a thimble for the stitching part.
Don't worry even if you haven't tried Sashiko before and don't have any tools.
