I would recommend installing items in a mylar bag and seal with silica packs and oxygen absorbers depending on the items. Keeps out moisture . And it's alot more durable than gallon storage bags. That's how all my stuff is stored....... in various places......inside and outside.......
The advantage of living in a populated area is that you can form community defense groups with your neighbors when things go sideways, but the time to do that is now.
You can do all these same things regardless where you live. Just adjust what's more important......but survival items are universal no matter where you live.
Good advice so they can live long enough before a roaming band of Hells Angels comes in kills them and steals their preps. Not to mention rouge Navy Seals and special warfare operators who no longer have a country to fight for. They will set up their own forward operating bases to deploy from. Strategically place them and band together. Most preppers on youtube are seriously underestimating the reality of a WROL situation, and have no idea they have been broadcasting their preps this whole time. Broadcasting them for people very well trained and capable to locate them and are already doing so. An IP address gets you to a city and radio comms can triangulate from there, because most "preppers" are running un encrypted radio comms. You are all being marked on a map and thats the only prep these guys need. They already have their team. For anyone prepping, do yourself a favor and build a team and then a community and let the rest fall into place. Do not create random scenarios in your head and build off of that.
@@wr7033 I have a team that will come this way but I also put poison and other stuff in my preps that makes sure if I loose them the one who gets them I not get to enjoy them either . Look at the video( let's play a game)
@@mountainmancommonsense I hope you stay safe out there sir. I was just imparting some wisdom that I've learned. I do appreciate what your doing and I will be watching that video. Thanks
