My daughter just said the other day, why aren't cloaks in fashion anymore? Then you post this. Apparently, you two were thinking the same thing!
@WayToVibe
@WayToVibe 4 года назад
I wore a cloak for years and got so many compliments on it. If you want to wear cloaks literally no one will stop you and everyone will support you. My guess for the reason they arn't in fashion is because people can't deal with children and groceries as well when your arms are encumbered by folds upon folds of fabric. You can buy wool cloaks made by seamstresses on Etsy but you'll pay the premium for the artistry and natural fibers as well.

So Lush! Just beautiful. The gown is gorgeous on it's own, but the robe really elevates the ensemble to a whole new level. Also love that your nail color matched so perfectly with the velvet! That drinking game, that you definitely didn't suggest, sounds super fun! I'll grab the Egg Nog!

I love watching your determined, motivated work. You have no idea how helpful, encouraging, and stimulating your videos are, showing the complete process and technique of design/sewing. Keep uploading your marvelous work! I really can't understand how your content doesn't receive more views. It's completely educational, not a waste of time, and you're definitely one of the only seamstresses I have watched on RU-vid that actually challenges herself and completes a plethora of beautiful projects. That is a truly stunning ensemble! And, I completely agree with the other commenters. McCalls should work with you for pattern for that hooded cloak because omg it is so Little Red Riding Hood prefect!
