This is the video I've gotten asked about more than anything else on this channel so I decided to remake it and do a full length tutorial on how I did it!

Headliner is made from a 4'x 8' (1/16" Thick) clear Lexan Polycarbonate sheet and cut to fit with a wrap of a flag on top.

i have my football team airbrushed on my 1979 dentside truck headliner back in 1985. It looked pretty neat. Sold the truck and someone kept the headliner when they sold it, as i found the truck in a wrecking yard in 91-92.

The truck needs some soft 8's or a set of weld draglights😁 would finish the outside up nicely, and another coil off the front, but it looks super sick dude, you are doing great with the truck!!👍

I like the patina Ashed look of the Flag , Is Very Nice, . I'd raise the rear about .75" to a 1" to get that nice ride Ht. attach angle. IMO - Great Truck

So which side is the wrap on? Is it in the outside where it could get scratched off? Or on the backside and as such protected by the polycarbonate?

Sadly a 4x8 sheet won't make 2 head liners, when I did my 67 f250 headliner I used FRP from home depot for like $35 and there wasn't enough space however you cut it to get 2 becouse I was planning on making one for my dad's 1971 f100 out of the same sheet
