Today we are taking 40 pounds of our home grown pork, and turning into brats, pepperoni, kielbasa, and pork burgers. It takes me about 4 days to get all of this smoked and precooked. It all vacuum sealed and frozen for later.. Now we are ready for summer grilling season.
