Why don't you learn how to INVEST n the STOCK market and start trading stocks. You would then be able to SURPRISE your Aunt by paying someone else to cut that wood and make charcoal.for her, .creating jobs and "bring in" MONEY to your village and RESPECT.

Replanting with mesquite if it's available would give you the unique taste and the bean that has some uses.

Very interesting! Your uncle must be an expert if he does not have to sit and watch the oven to make sure that the wood does not catch fire and burn to ash.

Typical of Asian nations making homemade charcoal. I like people that know how to work hard. I will have to come to Thailand to see the culture soon. I have a home in the Philippines but I would like to come to Thailand soon. Beautiful
