Making Charcoal the traditional way in Thailand 

Paeng and I was driving through the countryside of Thailand and decided to stop to see how traditional Charcoal is made. This is a unique process and very important to thai people. This fire pit is made with a certain clay mixed with water and hay to give the pit its strength. It takes 7-15 days to build, process the wood and complete into Charcoal.
