For everyone asking for the cheese recipe take 3 tbsp of coconut oil and heat it for around 15 seconds and add in roughly 3 tbsp of cheese powder. For the best taste try to get it made with real cheddar. Heat it again for 15 seconds stir well and drizzle about one third over the popcorn and shake in a large bowl with a lid. Add a little more and shake until its all incorporated. Shake in a circular motion rather than up and down. Make it 3 heaping tbsp for a more cheesy flavor. Be careful bc it can get really strong. Give it time to dry and it won’t be soggy. One way also is to place it in the oven on a cookie sheet at - very low temp for a while and that should help it stay dry and not soggy.
