For the over 350,000 Canadians who identify as deaf, a concert is something that can be difficult to experience. It has long been an issue in Canada for those who want to go to see big events and are calling for more inclusion. Fortunately their concerns have finally gotten some attention; when music icon Jay-Z begins his tour in Canada next week, an interpreter will be on hand so that everyone can experience the concert.
