Today I make tapioca pearl at home.
Many people think that's too hard to make at home.
But It's so easy!
unfortunately,It is sold at least one kilogram on the market.

So you need to pack it again and freeze.
*After cooking, put the pearls in a plastic bag (50g) and remove as much air as possible before freezing.If you make it flat, it will be easier to cook later.
*How to use frozen tapioca pearls
Cook in boiling water until the pearls are released and wash in cold water.
In the process of making black sugar bubble tea in the video, I put tapioca pearls in it first and then heat it up.
If you do this, the syrup will slightly permeate the pearls
It has a small amount of pearls, so the syrup is small enough to stick to the bottom of the pot.
I recommend boiling the syrup after melting it with pearls.
I didn't show you how to make brown sugar syrup.
(Black sugar 1:Water 1) Pour water into a pot and make regular syrup.
Boil it over medium and low heat.
(You have to make it very thick.So it will look like it's being sold at a cafe.)
