🍓 Strawberry pavlova
Ingredient
4 Egg whites (160g)
200g Sugar
1tsp Lemon juice
1/2tsp Vanilla paste or Vanilla extract
8g Corn starch
250g Heavy cream
30g Condensed milk

Preparation
1. Prepare eggs in a cold state.
2. Wipe the mixing bowl clean so that it doesn't get wet.
3. Draw four 9.5cm circular shapes on the parchment paper.
The meringue spreads a little, so draw it at intervals.
