And I'm sure Julia has forgotten more art theory than I've ever learned about biological / taxonomic theory in my brief exposures to it. Society really is full of highly specialized disciplines, and if you find a niche that works for you, no need to stress your body trying to eat things outside that niche. Like the koala learning how to survive on eucalyptus leaves, a food source incredibly plentiful because no other species has evolved to eat them.

"Fish" has no real biological definition. It's just a culinary term/cultural construct, same as "vegetable" Edit: In this and the other nearby thread where I also mentioned it, I spoke in a very oversimplified way (and my understanding of this is relatively simplified to begin with; I'm an anatomy/phys geek, I don't truly love evo-devo, I just like looking at its butt as it walks by), just because I think it's a fun topic to share about. Please look into more expert comments in the replies and look into the topic independently for a better understanding!

@@ItsAsparageese Valid. I was referring to eels as bony fish, distinct from cartilaginous fish like sharks. They’re all Chordates, and most certainly not in the same phylum as the worms in Nematoda, Annelida, etc. (edited for spelling)

I'm an Australian, and according to my grandma (who tells a lot of stories so take this with a grain of salt) I'm related to the guy who named spiders spiders. According to legend, he owned a milk bar (idk if you have them in Yankee land but they're a small shop that sells lollies and soft drink and pies and kind of everything, the idea being that you can drop into your local milk bar instead of going to the supermarket) and he had big vats of ice cream, only sometimes a spider would get into the ice cream, I guess because of the sugar? So he couldn't sell it in a cone but instead sold it at a discounted price mixed with soft drink in a glass. We also don't have root beer here, unless you're at a place that sells American stuff, so spiders are made with regular soft drink- in my opinion the lime spider is king, but other popular choices are raspberry, orange or creaming soda. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk

My favorite limerick has almost the same opener. I asked an old man in Peru For some words that were honest and true He put down his drink And said "They don't think It be like it is but it do."

Happy Drawfee everyone! I've brought gifts in the form of Suggestions! For Julia I have the "Drawfee Parade" Draw floats representing each Drawfee Host put them together and you'll have a scene For Jacob I have "Drawfee Alternative" Personify your other Internet Handles For Karina "Yugioh Telepone" in this game you show a card to the next host, they rename it and the next host redraws based off the new name and lastly for Nathan a "Gamefee Drawing Tourney" Draw prompts in Smash Bros. Ultimate's stage builder and play on those stages

"[the writer of this sentence] is not a person". Actually, the FAQ on the page for that generator claims the person/people who made it were disappointed with their attempts at an actual sentence-constructing algorithm so just made it pick from countless prewritten sentences that they wrote. Having played around with it a bit, I have seen identical sentences pop up more than once, and on one occasion, a sentence where the writer lamented that coming up with tons of random sentences was a more difficult task than they anticipated. Its quite admirable how much dedication they must've had in order to come up with goodness knows how many bizarre sentences.
