In this video, I make some homemade granola and prepare my first yoghurt parfait.For the granola, I used
Rolled oats
Almonds
Sunflower seeds
and Pecan nuts
And for the parfait, I used Greek yoghurt and 5 fruits: Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, nectarines and kiwis. EASY and HEALTHY!!!
