Hi Sister I have the same instant pot , I followed your exact recipe but i changed the timing to 9 minutes released the pressure manually after 2 minutes . Still the rice was overcooked. So 25 minutes of cooking and natural pressure release , unimaginable.
Brother, brands all have variations as well. Nowadays I have been pressure cooking for 2 mins and keeping warm for 30 mins. The brand that I got this time was Pavizham. I feel each time I cook I have play with the pressure cooking time. Sorry about any confusions.

There is nothing wrong in improving your language in a foreign country. You can try to imigrate to the US and good luck finding a job here with your thick accent and broken english. I have noticed this jealousy in Indians who can't speak proper english to the Indians who can speak proper English. I speak both English and Malayalam, I stutter in both. It's because I am anxious about conveying the right message. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
